Hernon Manufacturing Inc. is excited to announce its participation in the upcoming ASSEMBLY Show South, taking place May 1-2, 2024 in Nashville. At the event, Hernon will showcase its latest innovations, including the Autosealer® 2600 dispensing system, Instantbond® adhesives, React® reactive adhesives, and Sureshot® 2200 dispensing valves.

Key Highlights of Hernon's Featured Products:

Autosealer® 2600 Dispensing System:
The Autosealer® 2600 is a touch-activated, all-pneumatic applicator designed for dispensing high-viscosity Hernon® products onto threaded pipe fittings and nipples. With a quick-turn turret offering cavities for various male pipe thread sizes, this system provides precise and efficient dispensing capabilities. It can be fed directly from 50ml and/or 250ml tubes, as well as an optional 850ml cartridge kit.

Autosealer® 2650 Control Unit:
The Autosealer® 2650 is a control unit specifically designed for applying sealant to pipe thread nipples, using either the Sureshot® 2200 or 4000 dispensing valves. Featuring manual triggering options via footswitch and/or PLC/HMI color touchscreen button, this unit offers flexibility and ease of operation.

Instantbond® Adhesives:
Hernon's INSTANTBOND adhesives offer multiple viscosities and curing times, making them suitable for a wide range of bonding applications. With specialty formulas for surface insensitivity or low blooming, INSTANTBOND adhesives excel at bonding varying surfaces, including metal, electronics, rubber, ceramics, vinyl, plastics, and more.

React® Reactive Adhesives:
Hernon's REACT reactive adhesives are two-part, no-mix formulations designed for easy application, high-speed production, and maximum setup time. With high peel and impact strength, these adhesives deliver superior bonding ability even on oily surfaces, offering tough, durable, shock, and weather-resistant bonds.

Sureshot® 2200 Dispensing Valves:
The Sureshot® 2200 dispensing valves accurately control the application of most low to medium viscosity fluids. Manufactured from Delrin® or Teflon®, all wetted components are fully compatible when dispensing a wide variety of adhesives, sealants, ultraviolet curing polymers, anaerobics, cyanoacrylates, lubricants and more.
