HERNON® retaining compounds are applied easily by hand and offer fast anaerobic curing, high strength and temperature resistance up to 300°F (149°C).

Hernon® offers an entire line of retaining compounds designed to lock in place shaft and collar assemblies and other cylindrical components. Application is simple and the adhesive cures in place anaerobically once the collar is assembled. Hernon® retaining compounds exhibit a variety of useful properties including oil/moisture resistance and exceptional shear strength. Custom formulas are also available as necessary to ensure a strong match to manufacturing requirements.
