The Rambo™ 2000 is the latest innovation in dispensing
        from Hernon Manufacturing. The Rambo™ 2000 is designed to
        deliver high viscosity material such as Gasket Replacer™
        or Dripstop™ at high volume for robotic operations.


        
The Rambo™ 2000 utilizes the
        Hernon Poly-Pack system to minimize package waste and provide
        quick, clean dispenser replenishment. Hernon's most popular grades
        of adhesives and sealants are available in this 1000-ml package.

        
The entire Rambo™ 2000 system
        is operated by Hernon's PLC control featured on many of our dispensing
        systems. The PLC control offers .01 second to 9999 hours timer
        range and repeat-accuracy to .03%. The Rambo™ 2000's combination
        of PLC control, Sureshot dispensing valve, and positive displacement
        ensure a consistent and accurate amount of material on each cycle.

        
The Rambo™ 2000 is built-tough
        to take the daily rigors of the plant floor along with system
        integration features that allow it to interface with your present
        assembly system. Under normal use, maintenance is not necessary.
