Nuts N' Bolts® 429

Nuts N’ Bolts® 429 is a single component anaerobic thread locking adhesive. Nuts N’ Bolts® 429 is a high-strength adhesive for locking and sealing large bolts and studs 1inch and larger diameters. Curing occurs only when adhesive is confined between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is suitable for temperatures up to 300°F (149°C) and exposure to most solvents.

Use Nuts N’ Bolts® 431 to seal pores or pinhole porosity in welded seams, tanks, castings, or metal parts. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic suitable for temperatures up to 400°F (204°C), and exposure to most solvents.

Dripstop® 923

Hernon’s Dripstop® 923 provides a versatile balance between strength and serviceability. This medium strength thread sealant is formulated to create secure, leak-proof joints that can be disassembled with standard tools when needed. As an anaerobic pipe sealant, Dripstop 923 cures between metal surfaces to form a resilient polymer seal, blocking fluids, gases, and vibration-induced loosening. It’s ideal for pipe joints that may require periodic maintenance but must hold pressure under demanding conditions.

Tuffbond® 317

Tuffbond® 317 is a two component, room temperature cure system. By changing the ratio of resin and hardener, the cured adhesive can change from a tough and flexible to a hard and rigid system. The resin offers a unique combination of hardness and flexibility with high chemical and solvent resistance. Tuffbond® 317 is recommended for bonding metal, glass, wood, concrete, and rubber, and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.
