Tuffbond® 318 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 318 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud speakers. Tuffbond® 318 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.
Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 47422 is a single component UV and anaerobic curing adhesive. Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 47422 is a low viscosity penetrating material that works by capillary action between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a high performance thermoset plastic suitable for temperatures up to 400°F (204°C). Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 47422 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in five minutes, or within 10 seconds by exposing the edge fillets to high intensity long wavelength UV light (365 nm). Full strength will be reached in 24 hours. Cure fillets at UV light irradiances above 60 milliwatts/cm² to insure proper cure.
Ultrabond® 3443 is a single component, tri-cure conformal coating formulated for bonding glass to glass or glass to metals. Ultrabond® 3443 is excellent for bonding and tacking many parts. Ultrabond® 3443 can also be cured with heat above 200°F (93°C) or Activator 56 or 59. Exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure these adhesives to a dry, hard surface.
Brake Bonder 362 is a black heat curing, nitrile/phenolic solvent-based adhesive. Cured Brake Bonder 362 furnishes excellent resistance to thermal shock, chemicals, and water. The cured bond withstands temperatures exceeding 600°F (315°C). The primary application for Brake Bonder 362 is bonding brake, clutch, and other friction materials to metal.
Self Locker 523 is a pre-applied micro-encapsulated adhesive for threaded fasteners. Self Locker 523 stays dry-to-the-touch until the shearing action of an engaging nut applied to the coated bolt causes the capsules to break allowing the adhesive to cure. This material securely locks and seals against vibration loosening and fluid leakage.
HASA 716 is a single component structural anaerobic adhesive formulated for bonding rigid assemblies at high temperatures. This high strength acrylic adhesive cures when it is confined between mating surfaces. Utilized for bonding magnets in motor assemblies and structural applications, HASA 716 provides a strong permanent bond and is resistant to impact and vibration. Hernon Primer 50 accelerates the cure.
HASA 716 is similar in function to Loctite A533 and Loctite AA332 and delivers high shear strength and tensile strength. One of its primary uses is securing permanent magnets in motor magnet bonding applications.

Ultrabond® 71813 can also be cured with heat above 200°F (93°C) or Activator 56 or 59. Exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure these adhesives to a dry, hard surface.
Ultrabond® Sealant 721 is a UV curable adhesive that can be used to seal a variety of plastics when exposed to UV light. The sealant offers a water- tight seal with excellent environmental resistance. Prevents material escaping through a crimped seal. With Ultrabond® Sealant 721 a low powered UV lamp (Blacklight), can be used to inspect for the presence of adhesive on the substrates.
HASA 722 is a single-component, anaerobic, structural adhesive designed for bonding rigid assemblies. HASA 722 cure is accomplished when mating surfaces including metal, glass and ceramics are joined together. Accelerated cures are possible with the application of primers or by a short, low temperature heat cycle. Upon cure, HASA 722 is a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic with excellent properties over a wide range of conditions.
ReAct® 727 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for securing of ceramic permanent magnet segments in motor magnet bonding applications. This adhesive has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 727 has demonstrated the ability to provide high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough, durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance. This tough acrylic is a room temperature curing adhesive which is used in conjunction with Hernon® Activator 56.
ReAct® 730 is a high strength non-flammable structural adhesive. This adhesive provides a resilient and rapid cure at room temperature when used with Hernon® Activator 56 or Activator 59. ReAct® 730 will provide high strength bonds on a variety of metals, ceramics, glass, and some plastics.
Quantum® 73421 is a state-of-the-art, single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive that polymerizes rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts. The presence of surface moisture commences the cure of the adhesive. Quantum® 73421 develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength in a few hours. Quantum® 73421 can bond a wide variety of surfaces including metals, thermoplastics, elastomers, ceramics, leather, cork, and paper, but is particularly suited for bonding hard-to-bond plastics. Notwithstanding the superior bonding capability of Quantum® 73421, it is NOT recommended for long-term glass to glass bonding applications.
Ultrabond® 736 is a high impact UV curable structural adhesive formulated for bonding glass to glass, glass to metal and for potting and tacking applications. Ultrabond® 736 can also cure by heat or with activator. Ultrabond® 736 cures on exposure to ultraviolet light, with a wavelength of 365 nm, or with Hernon® Activator 56.
Tuffbond® 42121 is a thixotropic and modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 42121 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud-speakers. Tuffbond® 42121 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.
Ultrabond® 748 is a single component 100% solid adhesive/sealant formulated to bond and seal electronic assemblies. Ultrabond® 748 can also be cured with heat above 200°F (93°C) or using a primer.
Ultrabond® 752 is a UV curable adhesive product that provides excellent adhesion to glass and to plastics such as polyester, PVC, cellulose acetate, or nylon.
ReAct® 767 is a high performance tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for securing ceramic permanent magnet segments in motor magnet bonding applications. Used in conjunction with Hernon® Activator 56/ Activator 47, this structural adhesive is ideal for choke and transformer bonding, DC motor assembly, alternator and flywheel applications, tacking, unitizing, ruggedizing, sealing and shallow potting. ReAct® 767 fixtures in seconds, is acrylic acid free and non-corrosive, non-flammable, and suitable for harsh environments. ReAct® 767 exhibits good thermal shock, impact and peel resistance characteristics, and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of plated surfaces.
Windshield Welder 772 is a single component ultraviolet curing adhesive. It is especially formulated for repair of windshields in automobiles. Windshield Welder 772 is an ideal product to use for penetrations and long cracks where vibration is expected.
Ultrabond® 758 Is a low viscosity self-leveling UV curable potting compound formulated to provide high performance, fast curing, coating and encapsulating of electronic components. This product is also used for shallow potting applications.
Tuffbond® 65891 is a two-component, room temperature cure system. Tuffbond® 65891 is recommended for bonding metal, glass, wood, concrete, and rubber, and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Designed for a wide variety of substrates. ReAct® 784 is a room temperature curing adhesive, used in combination with Activator 15. This no-mix system allows controlled assembly ideal for production and repair applications. A structural bond develops within minutes.
Ultrabond® 786 is an EB/UV curable product that provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates like metals, glass, ceramics and plastics. The sealant offers a water-tight seal with excellent environmental and high impact resistance.

UV Curable Cylinlock® 821 is a fast curing, high strength anaerobic adhesive designed to retain and seal cylindrical assemblies. Curing occurs when adhesive is confined between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic suitable for exposure to most solvents and withstands temperatures up to 300°F (149°C). Augments or replaces press fits, set screws, pins and other mechanical retaining methods. Avoids heavy press fits due to rapid cure. Cylinlock® 821 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join cylindrical assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in five minutes, or within 15 seconds by exposing the edge fillets to high intensity long wavelength UV light (365 nm). Full strength will be reached in 24 hours.
Metal Cement 850 is a single component, silver color gel, that is designed for quick repairing of worn machinery parts. Once confined between parts, it develops a high strength bond with excellent chemical and temperature resistance. The bonded assembly often doubles the strength of press fitted parts. Use Metal Cement 850 in the new assembly to fill the gaps between parts to prevent wear, corrosion and backlash.

ReAct® 761 is a single component adhesive used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59, Activator 56 or Activator 63 for curing at room temperature. The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150°C.
ReAct® 766 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding permanent magnets. ReAct® 766 has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 766 provides high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough durable bonds with outstanding impact and pee1 resistance. Temperature resistance from –40°C (-40°F) to 204°C (400°F). ReAct® 766 is a single component adhesive used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59 or Activator 63 for curing at room temperature. The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150°C.
Quantum® 150 UV is a single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive with light curing property. The presence of surface moisture and/or light (UV or Visible light) commence the cure of the adhesive.
Quantum® 150 UV develops handling strength within
seconds and full functional strength within minutes.

Tuffbond® 310 adhesive/sealant is a two-component epoxy, 100% solid system, two to one ratio, room temperature cure system. Tuffbond® 310 is recommended for bonding metals, wood, and ceramics.
Tuffbond® 394 is a single component, high temperature resistant, heat activated epoxy. It cures to a high-performance thermoset system with excellent adhesion properties to a wide variety of substrates. Tuffbond® 394 will change from amber-yellow to a reddish brown upon cure. Bonding the voice coil to the cone has been a challenge for engineers, specifically when the adhesive temperature resistance requirement is above 200°F (93°C). Two component epoxy was commonly used for this application, but limitations such as mixing ratio, cure speed, potential solidification in equipment and the need for equipment flushing solvents have made Tuffbond® 394 more practical.
