The Ultracure® 6 is a high output LED UV Curing system designed to quickly and completely alter the physical properties of a UV reactive bonding or sealing agent. This system has built-in power regulation and over-temperature protection and is fan cooled to ensure consistent long term operation while outputting a maximum intensity UV light. The Ultracure® 6 can be installed alone or in series to produce a UV light bath across manufacturing conveyor belts.
The Ultracure® 7 is a high output of 2.5 W. per cm2 LED UV Curing system with no intensity degradation over the LED lifecycle. The Ultracure® 7 is liquid-cooled and intrinsically safe. It boasts an impressive 17000+ hours of LED life or almost six years running eight hours a day. The Ultracure® 7 requires no replacement lamps or filters and can provide consistent high-intensity UV light instantly with no warm-up time required. The Ultracure® 7 is water and dustproof to IP65 standards and is suited for a wide variety of manufacturing environments. The compact size dimensions at 2” x 1.28” x 4.8” ensure that positioning will not be a problem and multiple curing systems can be installed in tandem or stacked to get the desired effect.
The Ultracure® 8 is a high output 2.5 W. per cm2 LED UV Curing system designed to quickly and completely alter the physical properties of a UV reactive bonding or sealing agent. The Ultracure® 8 includes a unique focused lens that concentrates the ultraviolet light to provide an extended curing range of 3x the standard distance of an Ultracure® 6 while maintaining the light intensity needed to produce a curing reaction. With a UV array of 8mm x 50.4mm, the compact design with extended range offers a larger array of mounting options and designs. Each Ultracure® 8 unit can produce 17,000+ hours of LED life and requires no replacement lamps or filters.
