    Tuffbond® 305

    Tuffbond® 305 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 305 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud speakers. Tuffbond® 305 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

    Gasket Replacer® 910

    Gasket Replacer® 910 is a single component room temperature cure gel-like anaerobic gasket compound formulated to provide instant sealing capabilities. Once cured between mating metal flanges and filling voids in the surface, Gasket Replacer 910 provides a thin, flexible, solvent, and temperature-resistant seal. Gasket Replacer 910 is a recommended alternative to Gasket Eliminator Flange Sealant. Designed for metal closures Gasket Replacer offers a semi-flexible, anaerobic seal for flanges, similar to Loctite 515 and Loctite 518. Gasket Replacer's gel-like consistency can fill minor gaps and imperfections in flange surfaces and when fully cured, this sealant resists significant pressure. Known as a form-in-place gasket, this sealant adapts to the size and shape of the flange allowing a wide variety of uses including oil seals, engine housings and transmission flanges.

    Silastomer 334

    Silastomer® 334 is a high performance, single component, ready to use adhesive / sealant. It has a paste-like consistency, which cures to a tough, resilient and durable silicone rubber when exposed to moisture in the air. Since it will not flow of its own weight, Silastomer® 334 can be applied to vertical, horizontal and overhead joints without sagging or running off. It will adhere to clean metals, glass, most types of wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, natural and synthetic fiber, ceramic, many plastics and painted surfaces. Silastomer® 334 provides excellent resistance to moisture, weathering, vibration, ozone and extreme temperatures. It can be applied in surface temperatures of 0°F to above 120°F with no loss in performance. Fully cured Silastomer® 334 can withstand extended periods at temperatures up to 400°F.

    Dripstop® 923

    Dripstop® 923 is a single component, paste-like anaerobic pipe sealant compound, which contains Teflon®. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. This industrial grade sealant develops controlled low strength to facilitate disassembly. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential potable water systems not exceeding 82°C (180°F). Dripstop® 923 is recommended for sealing metal tapered pipe threads and fittings up to 2 inches (5cm) NPT for industrial applications in the chemical processing, petroleum refining, pulp/paper, waste treatment, textile, utilities/power generation, marine, automotive, industrial equipment, gas compression and distribution industries. It is also recommended for industrial plant fluid power systems.
