Rust Eliminator 32 is a new revolutionary product for eliminating old rust and preventing new rust on steel parts. Rust is chemically transformed into an inert, non-corrosive coating.

Primer 50 is a single component, non-CFC solvent-based product designed to promote the cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic adhesives and sealants. Primer 50 is used where increased cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic adhesives and sealants is required. It is especially recommended for applications with passive metals or inert surfaces and with large bond gaps. It is particularly recommended for cure conditions below 15°C. Primer 50 meets the requirements of ASTM D5363 (Grade N) and MIL-S-46163A Grade F.

Tuffbond® 395 is a single component, high temperature resistant, heat activated epoxy. It cures to a high-performance thermoset system with excellent adhesion properties to a wide variety of substrates. Tuffbond® 395 will change from amber to a reddish brown upon cure. Bonding the voice coil to the cone has been a challenge for engineers, specifically when the adhesive temperature resistance requirement is above 200°F (93°C). Two component epoxy systems have been most commonly used for this application, but limitations such as mixing ratio, cure speed, potential solidification in equipment and static mixers and the need for equipment flushing solvents have made Tuffbond® 395 more practical.

EXTERNAL AMMO SEALANT 76070, LT YELLOW-AMBER, 1 LITER

CM8005 is a single-component room temperature cure gel-like anaerobic gasketing compound formulated to provide instant sealing capabilities. Once cured between mating metal flanges and filling voids in the surface, CM8005 provides a thin, flexible, solvent and temperature resistant seal.

Tuffbond® 313 adhesive/sealant is a two component, 100% solid system, one to one ratio, room temperature cure system. Tuffbond® 313 is recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Nuts N’ Bolts® 423 is a single component anaerobic thread locking material, which is thixotropic and develops medium strength. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and is particularly suitable for less active substrates such a stainless steel and plated surfaces.

Ultrabond® 3444 is a single component, tri-cure conformal coating formulated for bonding glass to glass or glass to metals. Ultrabond® 3444 is excellent for bonding and tacking many parts. Ultrabond® 3444 can also be cured with heat above 200°F (93°C) or Activator 56. Exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure these adhesives to a dry, hard surface.

Hernon 397 is a single component, high temperature resistant, heat activated epoxy. It cures to a high-performance thermoset system with excellent adhesion properties to a wide variety of substrates. Tuffbond 397 will change from amber-yellow to a reddish brown upon cure. Hernon® Ultrabond® 750 is a UV curable adhesive that can be used to seal a variety of plastics when exposed to UV light. The sealant offers a water- tight seal with excellent environmental resistance. Prevents material escaping through a crimped seal. With Ultrabond 750 a low powered UV lamp (Blacklight), can be used to inspect for the presence of adhesive on the substrates. Hernon® External Ammunition Sealant 76984 is a single component high strength U.V. anaerobic sealant. 76984 has a low viscosity penetrating material capable of bonding and sealing primers and case mouths in ammunition. This Sealant is specially formulated for Ammunition that needs greater fit tolerance and higher bullet pull forces. Curing occurs when the adhesive is applied between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic and endures exposure to most solvents. Ammunition Sealant 76984 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to seal primer and case mouth assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in two to three minutes, Full strength will be reached in 24 hours. Cure fillets at UV light irradiances above 100 milliwatts/cm² to insure proper cure. Dissipator® 745 is a thermally conductive room temperature cure adhesive that is designed for bonding electrical components to heat sink with a controlled gap. Dissipator® 745, through a special shimming property, insulates the component electrically while allowing thermal conductivity. This special shimming feature produces a constant gap of 0.005 in. to 0.006 in. between components.

Hernon’s Bullet Tip ID Coating is the latest technology in ammunition identification, specifically formulated for using inkjet applications, offering advances in adhesion, scratch resistance, and superior print quality. This single-component, solvent-free, UV or LED-curable coating ensures fast curing time and cost-efficient processing, combining with Hernon patented dispensing technologies, making it the ideal solution for high-volume ammunition marking with simple operation.

Traditional paints (solvent-based or water-based) are being replaced by modern UV LED curable acrylates. Now the drying time is just a few seconds under UV LED light. Full cure will be reached in 24 hours.

External Ammunition Sealant 76021 is a single component U.V. anaerobic sealant.

Dripstop® 940 is a thread sealant, which contains Teflon®, and for use on inactive metals such as stainless steel and aluminum used in chemical process piping. The properties of this Dripstop® prevents galling on Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and other metal pipe fittings. Dripstop® 940 is formulated to cure without the necessity of a primer. Dripstop® 940 has been shown to be compatible for use within diesel exhaust systems using DEF according to ISO-22241 through independent 3rd party verification. Dripstop® 940 withstands high pressures, sealing up to 250 psig steam at 400°F (204°C) continuous service while maintaining its chemical inertness. UL Classification – File MH14222 Classified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® for use in devices handling gasoline, petroleum oils, natural gas (pressure not to exceed 300 psig), butane and propane not exceeding 2 in. pipe size. 29R9.

Dripstop® 920 is a general-purpose anaerobic pipe sealant which contains Teflon®. It has superior sealing and mild locking performance compared to tapes and non-hardening dopes. The properties of this Dripstop® prevents galling on Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and other metal pipe fittings. Dripstop® 920 reduces costs by eliminating leakage and increasing the assembly line speed. Dripstop® 920 seals to moderate pressure immediately and to 250 psig steam pressure in just 24 hours. This sealant also lubricates threads during make-up, prevents galling and assures smooth disassembly. UL Classification – File MH14222 Classified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® as to fire hazard only. 920 Pipe Sealant with Teflon®. Fire hazard is small. No flash point in liquid state. Ignition temperature 455°C (851°F). For use in devices handling gasoline, petroleum oils, natural gas (pressure not to exceed 300 psig), butane and propane not exceeding 2 in. pipe size. 29R9.

Powerseal 932 is a single component, non-hardening, non-curing gray paste pipe sealant which lubricates and seals threaded pipe connections and O-Rings. Powerseal 932 is unaffected by water, oil, ammonia, glycerin, steam, all types of gases, exhaust fumes and most hard- to- hold liquids. Powerseal 932 withstands extreme temperatures and pressures and will not shrink, crack, or crumble. The product remains pliable and will not harden, making connection vibration proof. It makes for easy assembly and makes disassembly and repair simple. It also prevents corrosion and seizing of metal parts.

Quantum® 150 UV is a single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive with light curing property. The presence of surface moisture and/or light (UV or Visible light) commence the cure of the adhesive. Quantum® 150 UV develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength within minutes. Quantum 150 UV can bond a wide variety of surfaces including thermoplastics, elastomers. Product Benefits: • Rapid Cure: forms a strong bond by moisture curing at room temperature in less than a minute with contact pressure. • Light curing property: can be easily cured by irradiation with light. Blushing can be also prevented by UV curing. • Surfaces: will bond almost any combination of similar or dissimilar materials. • Easy Use: single component feature, eliminates any mixing. • Due to low viscosity, it can penetrate gaps between surfaces.
