Self Locker 523 is a pre-applied micro-encapsulated adhesive for threaded fasteners. Self Locker 523 stays dry-to-the-touch until the shearing action of an engaging nut applied to the coated bolt causes the capsules to break allowing the adhesive to cure. This material securely locks and seals against vibration loosening and fluid leakage.

Hernon® 525 is a pre-applied, micro-encapsulated adhesive for threaded fasteners. Silastomer® 333 is a high performance, single component, ready to use adhesive / sealant. It has a paste-like consistency, which cures to a tough, resilient and durable silicone rubber when exposed to moisture in the air. Since it will not flow of its own weight, Silastomer® 333 can be applied to vertical, horizontal and overhead joints without sagging or running off. It will adhere to clean metals, glass, most types of wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, natural and synthetic fiber, ceramic, many plastics and painted surfaces. Silastomer® 333 provides excellent resistance to moisture, weathering, vibration, ozone and extreme temperatures. It can be applied in surface temperatures of 0°F to above 120°F with no loss in performance. Fully cured Silastomer® 333 can withstand extended periods at temperatures up to 400°F.

Silastomer® 340 is a one-component, acetoxy, moisture curing RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) ready-to-use adhesive / sealant and gasketing compound. Can be used as a form in place gasket material where temperatures may reach up to 600°F. Silastomer® 340 will remain flexible with excellent resistance to aging and vibration. Meets MIL-A-46106B Type 1 requirements. FDA compliant with Regulation Title 21 CFR 175.105 where incidental food contact may be involved.

Supertacker® 351 is a single component, high performance elastomeric adhesive that exhibits exceptional bonding characteristics to a broad range of materials including metals, glass, plastic composites, rubber, leather, wood and vinyl. Supertacker® 351 provides a tough, waterproof bond that won’t crack or become brittle. Supertacker® 351 out-performs silicones, acrylics, and rubber cement because it bonds to more surfaces with greater strength and durability.

Supertacker® 67662 is a single component, high performance elastomeric adhesive that exhibits exceptional bonding characteristics to a broad range of materials including metals, glass, plastic composites, rubber, leather, wood and vinyl. Supertacker® 67662 provides a tough, waterproof bond that won’t crack or become brittle.

Threadpaste 432 is a single component anaerobic thread-locking compound designed for heavy duty applications subject to operating temperatures to 450°F (232°C). The product delivers high strength locking and sealing on screws, nuts, bolts, studs and fittings. Excellent break-loose and prevailing torque values assure maximized resistance to transverse vibration loosening at elevated temperatures.

Tuffbond® 395 is a single component, high temperature resistant, heat activated epoxy. It cures to a high-performance thermoset system with excellent adhesion properties to a wide variety of substrates. Tuffbond® 395 will change from amber to a reddish brown upon cure. Bonding the voice coil to the cone has been a challenge for engineers, specifically when the adhesive temperature resistance requirement is above 200°F (93°C). Two component epoxy systems have been most commonly used for this application, but limitations such as mixing ratio, cure speed, potential solidification in equipment and static mixers and the need for equipment flushing solvents have made Tuffbond® 395 more practical.

Hernon 397 is a single component, high temperature resistant, heat activated epoxy. It cures to a high-performance thermoset system with excellent adhesion properties to a wide variety of substrates. Tuffbond 397 will change from amber-yellow to a reddish brown upon cure. Tuffbond® 302 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 302 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud speakers. Tuffbond® 302 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Tuffbond® 304 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 304 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loudy speakers. Tuffbond® 304 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.
