Dripstop® 945 is a high-performance adhesive/sealant specifically formulated for the sealing and mild locking of hydraulic and pneumatic threaded parts used with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Dripstop® 945 will seal pipe threads, standard nuts and bolts, fittings for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air conditioners, fittings for refrigeration equipment, and all types of water and chemical processing valves and equipment, including steam up to 350°F. Dripstop® 945 is a single component, anaerobic adhesive/sealant, which will provide a rapid cure at room temperature. Upon cure, Dripstop® 945 becomes a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic preventing leakage from shock, vibration as well as corrosive liquids and atmospheres.

Dripstop® 947 is a high-performance adhesive/sealant specifically formulated for the sealing and mild locking of hydraulic and pneumatic threaded parts used with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Tuffbond® 318 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 318 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud speakers. Tuffbond® 318 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Ultrabond® 3443 is a single component, tri-cure conformal coating formulated for bonding glass to glass or glass to metals. Ultrabond® 3443 is excellent for bonding and tacking many parts. Ultrabond® 3443 can also be cured with heat above 200°F (93°C) or Activator 56 or 59. Exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure these adhesives to a dry, hard surface.

SelfSealer® 622 is a tough, pre-applied, non-hardening threaded sealant. SelfSealer® 622 provides an instant seal on different pipe threads and can be used up to eight (8) times without recoating. SelfSealer® 622 is water based, non-toxic, safe and can be applied easily without special handling precautions. SelfSealer® 622 provides resistance to vibrational loosening because of its prevailing torque characteristics. Therefore, it is very effective on non-locking applications.

SelfSealer® 618 is a tough, pre-applied, non-hardening threaded sealant. When dried, it becomes a resilient, tight clinging, non-curing sealant for tapered or straight threads. It provides an instant seal on different pipe threads and can be used up to eight (8) times without recoating. SelfSealer® 618 is water based, non-toxic, safe and can be applied easily without special handling precautions. It provides resistance to vibrational loosening because of its prevailing torque characteristics. Therefore, it is very effective on non-locking applications.

Quantum® 73421 is a state-of-the-art, single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive that polymerizes rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts. The presence of surface moisture commences the cure of the adhesive. Quantum® 73421 develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength in a few hours. Quantum® 73421 can bond a wide variety of surfaces including metals, thermoplastics, elastomers, ceramics, leather, cork, and paper, but is particularly suited for bonding hard-to-bond plastics. Notwithstanding the superior bonding capability of Quantum® 73421, it is NOT recommended for long-term glass to glass bonding applications.

Tuffbond® 42121 is a thixotropic and modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 42121 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud-speakers. Tuffbond® 42121 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Ultrabond® 748 is a single component 100% solid adhesive/sealant formulated to bond and seal electronic assemblies. Ultrabond® 748 can also be cured with heat above 200°F (93°C) or using a primer.

Ultrabond® 752 is a UV curable adhesive product that provides excellent adhesion to glass and to plastics such as polyester, PVC, cellulose acetate, or nylon.

Ultrabond® 758 Is a low viscosity self-leveling UV curable potting compound formulated to provide high performance, fast curing, coating and encapsulating of electronic components. This product is also used for shallow potting applications.

Tuffbond® 65891 is a two-component, room temperature cure system. Tuffbond® 65891 is recommended for bonding metal, glass, wood, concrete, and rubber, and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Ultrabond® 786 is an EB/UV curable product that provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates like metals, glass, ceramics and plastics. The sealant offers a water-tight seal with excellent environmental and high impact resistance.

Quantum® 150 UV is a single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive with light curing property. The presence of surface moisture and/or light (UV or Visible light) commence the cure of the adhesive. Quantum® 150 UV develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength within minutes. Quantum 150 UV can bond a wide variety of surfaces including thermoplastics, elastomers. Product Benefits: • Rapid Cure: forms a strong bond by moisture curing at room temperature in less than a minute with contact pressure. • Light curing property: can be easily cured by irradiation with light. Blushing can be also prevented by UV curing. • Surfaces: will bond almost any combination of similar or dissimilar materials. • Easy Use: single component feature, eliminates any mixing. • Due to low viscosity, it can penetrate gaps between surfaces.

Ultrabond® 787 is a one component, thixotropic adhesive, which cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light of sufficient intensity. Ultrabond® 787 is primarily used for bonding rigid and flexible PVC to polycarbonate where large gap filling capabilities and a flexible joint are desired. Its flexibility enhances the load bearing and shock absorbing characteristics of the bond area. It has also shown excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including glass, many plastics and most metals.

Activator 45 is solvent-free and designed to initiate the cure of Hernon® toughened acrylic adhesives. Since Activator 45 contains no solvents, no waiting time for solvent evaporation is needed prior to assembly.

Activator 51 is a solvent-free product that is designed to initiate the cure of Hernon® toughened acrylic adhesives. Since Activator 51 contains no solvents, no waiting time for solvent evaporation is needed prior to assembly.

Accelerator 48 is a solvent-based accelerator for instant adhesives. The accelerator is designed to speed the cure of Hernon cyanoacrylate adhesives. Accelerator 48 is used where increased cure speed of Hernon® cyanoacrylate adhesives is required. Especially recommended for applications involving printed circuit board wire tacking and tamper proofing of adjustable components.

Activator 47 is solvent-free and designed to initiate the cure of Hernon toughened acrylic adhesives. Since Activator 47 contains no solvents, no waiting time for solvent evaporation is needed prior to assembly.

Tuffbond® 302 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 302 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. Instantbond® 120 is a single-component cyanoacrylate adhesive suitable for applications where heat resistance is required. Instantbond® 120 resists thermal cycling and also exhibits superior resistance to humidity. Instantbond® 120 meets the requirements of CID A-A-3097 Type II, Class 3 and MIL-A-46050C TY II, CL 3.

Supertacker® 67662 is a single component, high performance elastomeric adhesive that exhibits exceptional bonding characteristics to a broad range of materials including metals, glass, plastic composites, rubber, leather, wood and vinyl. Supertacker® 67662 provides a tough, waterproof bond that won’t crack or become brittle.

Porosity Sealant (HPS) 991 is the solution to leak proof parts, improving machinability, in addition to increasing the durability and surface quality for painting and plating. The required addition of HPS Initiator 91 activates HPS 991R enabling the system to cure at elevated temperatures (HPS 991). The hardened resins exhibit superior chemical resistance and elevated temperature stability. The microscopic voids, where potential leaks occur (between metal grains or ceramic plastic molecules) in the part are filled by the low viscosity resin during vacuum application. Sealed micropores cure without shrinkage when exposed to elevated temperature to form tough cross-linked thermoset polymer, permanently sealing the workpiece. Residual adhesive film is water-washed from the part surfaces during rinsing. The parts leave the impregnating process without surface residue and can then be used in production immediately. When used in preparation for plating or painting processes, the impregnation process also eliminates absorption of plating materials (like acids) or painting prep solvents that could otherwise later bleed out of pores causing finishes to discolor, bleed, pit or peel. Sealed powdered metal parts exhibit better machinability, enhanced tool life and better dimensional control.

Tuffbond® 304 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 304 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loudy speakers. Tuffbond® 304 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Tuffbond® 317 is a two component, room temperature cure system. By changing the ratio of resin and hardener, the cured adhesive can change from a tough and flexible to a hard and rigid system. The resin offers a unique combination of hardness and flexibility with high chemical and solvent resistance. Tuffbond® 317 is recommended for bonding metal, glass, wood, concrete, and rubber, and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Tuffbond® 310 adhesive/sealant is a two-component epoxy, 100% solid system, two to one ratio, room temperature cure system. Tuffbond® 310 is recommended for bonding metals, wood, and ceramics.

Tuffbond® 394 is a single component, high temperature resistant, heat activated epoxy. It cures to a high-performance thermoset system with excellent adhesion properties to a wide variety of substrates. Tuffbond® 394 will change from amber-yellow to a reddish brown upon cure. Bonding the voice coil to the cone has been a challenge for engineers, specifically when the adhesive temperature resistance requirement is above 200°F (93°C). Two component epoxy was commonly used for this application, but limitations such as mixing ratio, cure speed, potential solidification in equipment and the need for equipment flushing solvents have made Tuffbond® 394 more practical.

Tuffbond® 313 adhesive/sealant is a two component, 100% solid system, one to one ratio, room temperature cure system. Tuffbond® 313 is recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Instantbond® 127 is a gel consistency single component, solvent-less, room temperature adhesive that sets in seconds when confined between two surfaces. The gel consistency allows for gap filling capability and prevents migration to unwanted areas.

Tuffbond® 305 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 305 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud speakers. Tuffbond® 305 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Quantum® 156 is a single-component cyanoacrylate adhesive formulated for impact, thermal shock and peel resistance.

Porosity Sealant (HPS) 59801 is a low viscosity liquid sealant designed for sealing interfacial leak paths in flexible electronic assemblies. It may also be used to enhance dielectric strength or seal porosity in passive materials. The dual-cure system incorporated in HPS 59801 offers the advantage of elevated temperature curing or curing at room temperature. HPS 59801 is typically applied with a vacuum impregnation process that removes air from the internal void and then saturates the part with liquid sealant. In the absence of circulating air, the liquid rapidly polymerizes to form a tough, flexible, thermoset polymer that permanently seals gaps in the assembly. Excess liquid sealant is rinsed from the outside of the part with an aqueous solution effectively leaving no surface build up. Parts processed with HPS 59801 are sealed internally but remain cosmetically and dimensionally unchanged. Typical applications include sealing or unitizing over-molded electrical components against leakage of air, water, coolants, oils and other fluids. As a good insulator, HPS 59801 may also be used to improve the dielectric strength across gaps between high voltage conductors.

Ultrabond® 3444 is a single component, tri-cure conformal coating formulated for bonding glass to glass or glass to metals. Ultrabond® 3444 is excellent for bonding and tacking many parts. Ultrabond® 3444 can also be cured with heat above 200°F (93°C) or Activator 56. Exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure these adhesives to a dry, hard surface.

Hernon® Ultrabond® 750 is a UV curable adhesive that can be used to seal a variety of plastics when exposed to UV light. The sealant offers a water- tight seal with excellent environmental resistance. Prevents material escaping through a crimped seal. With Ultrabond 750 a low powered UV lamp (Blacklight), can be used to inspect for the presence of adhesive on the substrates. Hernon® External Ammunition Sealant 76984 is a single component high strength U.V. anaerobic sealant. 76984 has a low viscosity penetrating material capable of bonding and sealing primers and case mouths in ammunition. This Sealant is specially formulated for Ammunition that needs greater fit tolerance and higher bullet pull forces. Curing occurs when the adhesive is applied between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic and endures exposure to most solvents. Ammunition Sealant 76984 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to seal primer and case mouth assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in two to three minutes, Full strength will be reached in 24 hours. Cure fillets at UV light irradiances above 100 milliwatts/cm² to insure proper cure. Ultrabond® 740 is formulated for bonding glass to glass or glass to metals. Ultrabond® 740 is excellent for bonding tacking and potting many parts. Ultrabond® 740 provides an excellent bond, high light transmittance and a refractive index like glass. Exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure these adhesives to a dry, hard surface.

Fusionbond® 375 is a highly thixotropic, two component, room temperature curing, 1:1 ratio, methacrylate adhesive system. Fusionbond® 375 is formulated to provide fixturing strength within 7 to 10 minutes. This adhesive product forms resilient bonds and maintains its strength over a wide range of temperatures. Fusionbond® 375 is suitable for bonding a variety of substrates with a minimum of surface preparation. Fusionbond® 375 provides toughness at temperatures from -67 to 250°F. Recommended substrates: PVC, acrylic, ABS, stainless steel, and some types of fiberglass.

Since it will not flow of its own weight, Silastomer® 333 can be applied to vertical, horizontal and overhead joints without sagging or running off. It will adhere to clean metals, glass, most types of wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, natural and synthetic fiber, ceramic, many plastics and painted surfaces. Silastomer® 333 provides excellent resistance to moisture, weathering, vibration, ozone and extreme temperatures. It can be applied in surface temperatures of 0°F to above 120°F with no loss in performance. Fully cured Silastomer® 333 can withstand extended periods at temperatures up to 400°F.

Silastomer® 334 is a high performance, single component, ready to use adhesive / sealant. Silastomer® 340 is a one-component, acetoxy, moisture curing RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) ready-to-use adhesive / sealant and gasketing compound. Can be used as a form in place gasket material where temperatures may reach up to 600°F. Silastomer® 340 will remain flexible with excellent resistance to aging and vibration. Meets MIL-A-46106B Type 1 requirements. FDA compliant with Regulation Title 21 CFR 175.105 where incidental food contact may be involved.

Silastomer® 343 is a black, high performance, single component, ready to use adhesive / sealant. It has a paste-like consistency, which cures to a tough, resilient and durable silicone rubber when exposed to moisture in the air. Designed to provide excellent oil resistance and can be used as a form in place gasket. It will adhere to clean metals, glass, most types of wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, natural and synthetic fiber, ceramic, many plastics and painted surfaces. Silastomer® 343 provides excellent resistance to moisture, weathering, vibration, ozone and extreme temperatures. It can be applied in surface temperatures of 0°F to above 120°F with no loss in performance. Fully cured Silastomer® 343 can withstand extended periods at temperatures up to 400°F.
