SelfSealer® 622 is a tough, pre-applied, non-hardening threaded sealant. SelfSealer® 622 provides an instant seal on different pipe threads and can be used up to eight (8) times without recoating. SelfSealer® 622 is water based, non-toxic, safe and can be applied easily without special handling precautions. SelfSealer® 622 provides resistance to vibrational loosening because of its prevailing torque characteristics. Therefore, it is very effective on non-locking applications.
Brake Bonder 362BB
Brake Bonder 362 is a black heat curing, nitrile/phenolic solvent-based adhesive. Cured Brake Bonder 362 furnishes excellent resistance to thermal shock, chemicals, and water. The cured bond withstands temperatures exceeding 600°F (315°C). The primary application for Brake Bonder 362 is bonding brake, clutch, and other friction materials to metal.
Gasket Replacer 907
Gasket Replacer 907 is a single component room temperature cure, gel-like anaerobic gasketing compound formulated to provide instant sealing capabilities. Once cured between metal flanges, Gasket Replacer 907 maintains a thin and rigid seal while providing solvent and temperature resistance.
Fusionbond® 370
Fusionbond® 370 is a two components methacrylate adhesive. It is specially formulated for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metal, wood and composite assemblies. Ultrabond® 787 is a one component, thixotropic adhesive, which cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light of sufficient intensity. Ultrabond® 787 is primarily used for bonding rigid and flexible PVC to polycarbonate where large gap filling capabilities and a flexible joint are desired. Its flexibility enhances the load bearing and shock absorbing characteristics of the bond area. It has also shown excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including glass, many plastics and most metals.
Bullet Proof 650
Bullet Proof 650 is an environmentally friendly, single component, room temperature cure sealant and coating material. Bullet Proof 650 is formulated to waterproof and seal the interface between a bullet and cartridge. Bullet Proof 650 coats the inside of large shells to prevent the corrosive attack by the cartridge on the ignition powder.
HASA 66071
HASA 66071 is a single component structural anaerobic adhesive formulated for bonding rigid assemblies at high temperatures. HASA 66071 cures when it is confined between mating surfaces. Hernon® Primer 50 accelerates the cure.
Primer 37824
Primer 37824 is a single component, solvent-free, reactive monomer-based product designed to promote the cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic adhesives and sealants. Primer 37824 is used where increased cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic products is required, and for difficult to bond applications where galvanized steel or zinc electroplated surfaces are involved. This product was specially formulated for increasing bond integrity on dichromated surfaces.

Gasket Replacer® 910
Gasket Replacer® 910 is a single component room temperature cure gel-like anaerobic gasket compound formulated to provide instant sealing capabilities. Once cured between mating metal flanges and filling voids in the surface, Gasket Replacer 910 provides a thin, flexible, solvent, and temperature-resistant seal.
Gasket Replacer 910 is a recommended alternative to Gasket Eliminator Flange Sealant. Designed for metal closures Gasket Replacer offers a semi-flexible, anaerobic seal for flanges, similar to Loctite 515 and Loctite 518. Gasket Replacer's gel-like consistency can fill minor gaps and imperfections in flange surfaces and when fully cured, this sealant resists significant pressure. Accelerator 58
Accelerator 58 is a single component non-CFC solvent-based product, formulated to provide a faster cure on acidic surfaces and cure excess Instantbond? cyanoacrylate adhesive outside the bond line. Accelerator 58 is used to increase the cure speed of Hernon® Instantbond® Adhesives. It is especially suited for post application on exposed Instantbond® adhesive outside of the bond line. Loudspeaker assembly and bonding jewelry are two examples.

Supertacker® 67662 provides a tough, waterproof bond that won’t crack or become brittle.
HPS 991
Porosity Sealant (HPS) 991 is the solution to leak proof parts, improving machinability, in addition to increasing the durability and surface quality for painting and plating. The required addition of HPS Initiator 91 activates HPS 991R enabling the system to cure at elevated temperatures (HPS 991). The hardened resins exhibit superior chemical resistance and elevated temperature stability. The microscopic voids, where potential leaks occur (between metal grains or ceramic plastic molecules) in the part are filled by the low viscosity resin during vacuum application. Sealed micropores cure without shrinkage when exposed to elevated temperature to form tough cross-linked thermoset polymer, permanently sealing the workpiece. Residual adhesive film is water-washed from the part surfaces during rinsing. The parts leave the impregnating process without surface residue and can then be used in production immediately. When used in preparation for plating or painting processes, the impregnation process also eliminates absorption of plating materials (like acids) or painting prep solvents that could otherwise later bleed out of pores causing finishes to discolor, bleed, pit or peel. Sealed powdered metal parts exhibit better machinability, enhanced tool life and better dimensional control.
Dripstop® 920
Dripstop® 920 is a general-purpose anaerobic pipe sealant which contains Teflon®. It has superior sealing and mild locking performance compared to tapes and non-hardening dopes. The properties of this Dripstop® prevents galling on Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and other metal pipe fittings. Dripstop® 920 reduces costs by eliminating leakage and increasing the assembly line speed. Dripstop® 920 seals to moderate pressure immediately and to 250 psig steam pressure in just 24 hours. This sealant also lubricates threads during make-up, prevents galling and assures smooth disassembly. UL Classification – File MH14222 Classified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® as to fire hazard only. 920 Pipe Sealant with Teflon®. Fire hazard is small. No flash point in liquid state. Ignition temperature 455°C (851°F). For use in devices handling gasoline, petroleum oils, natural gas (pressure not to exceed 300 psig), butane and propane not exceeding 2 in. pipe size. 29R9.
