Instantbond® 121

Instantbond® 121 is a very high viscosity, state-of-the-art, single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive that polymerizes rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts. The presence of surface moisture commences the cure of the adhesive. Instantbond® 121 develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength in a few hours. Instantbond® 121 can bond a wide variety of surfaces including metals, thermoplastics, elastomers, ceramics, leather, cork, and paper. Notwithstanding the superior bonding capability of Instantbond® 121, it is NOT recommended for long-term glass to glass bonding applications.

Instantbond® 123

Instantbond® 123 is a medium viscosity, state-of-the-art, single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive that polymerizes rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts. Instantbond® 127

Instantbond® 127 is a gel consistency single component, solvent-less, room temperature adhesive that sets in seconds when confined between two surfaces. The gel consistency allows for gap filling capability and prevents migration to unwanted areas.

Tuffbond® 305

Tuffbond® 305 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 305 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud speakers. Tuffbond® 305 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Quantum® 156

Quantum® 156 is a single-component cyanoacrylate adhesive formulated for impact, thermal shock and peel resistance.

Mine Bonder 2000

Mine Bonder 2000 is an anaerobic adhesive sealant which cures rapidly through large gaps with Hernon Primer 50 and will also provide rapid cure and dry fillets when exposed to high intensity ultraviolet light.

TUFFBOND 397

Hernon 397 is a single component, high temperature resistant, heat activated epoxy. It cures to a high-performance thermoset system with excellent adhesion properties to a wide variety of substrates. Tuffbond 397 will change from amber-yellow to a reddish brown upon cure. Ultrabond® 740

Ultrabond® 740 is formulated for bonding glass to glass or glass to metals. Ultrabond® 740 is excellent for bonding tacking and potting many parts. Ultrabond® 740 provides an excellent bond, high light transmittance and a refractive index like glass. Exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure these adhesives to a dry, hard surface.

Fusionbond® 375

Fusionbond® 375 is a highly thixotropic, two component, room temperature curing, 1:1 ratio, methacrylate adhesive system. Fusionbond® 375 is formulated to provide fixturing strength within 7 to 10 minutes. This adhesive product forms resilient bonds and maintains its strength over a wide range of temperatures. Fusionbond® 375 is suitable for bonding a variety of substrates with a minimum of surface preparation. Fusionbond® 375 provides toughness at temperatures from -67 to 250°F. Recommended substrates: PVC, acrylic, ABS, stainless steel, and some types of fiberglass.

Tuffbond® 316

Tuffbond® 316 is a two component, room temperature cure system. By changing the ratio of resin and hardener, the cured adhesive can change from a tough and flexible to a hard and rigid system. Tuffbond® 316 is recommended for bonding metal, glass, wood, concrete, and rubber, and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Silastomer 333

Silastomer® 333 is a high performance, single component, ready to use adhesive / sealant. It has a paste-like consistency, which cures to a tough, resilient and durable silicone rubber when exposed to moisture in the air. Since it will not flow of its own weight, Silastomer® 333 can be applied to vertical, horizontal and overhead joints without sagging or running off. It will adhere to clean metals, glass, most types of wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, natural and synthetic fiber, ceramic, many plastics and painted surfaces. Silastomer® 333 provides excellent resistance to moisture, weathering, vibration, ozone and extreme temperatures. It can be applied in surface temperatures of 0°F to above 120°F with no loss in performance. Fully cured Silastomer® 333 can withstand extended periods at temperatures up to 400°F.

Silastomer 340

Silastomer® 340 is a one-component, acetoxy, moisture curing RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) ready-to-use adhesive / sealant and gasketing compound. Can be used as a form in place gasket material where temperatures may reach up to 600°F. Silastomer® 340 will remain flexible with excellent resistance to aging and vibration. Meets MIL-A-46106B Type 1 requirements. FDA compliant with Regulation Title 21 CFR 175.105 where incidental food contact may be involved.

Ammunition Primer Sealant 34194

Ammunition Primer Sealant 34194 is a single component 100% solid system offering a tough, dry coating with superior chemical and environmental resistance after cure. Ammunition Primer Sealant 34194 will cure rapidly when exposed to high intensity U.V. light. This coating is formulated to migrate rapidly resulting in complete coverage of the gap. The fluorescent sealant will offer an easy inspection using standard vision system.

343PT

Silastomer® 343 is a black, high performance, single component, ready to use adhesive / sealant. It has a paste-like consistency, which cures to a tough, resilient and durable silicone rubber when exposed to moisture in the air. Designed to provide excellent oil resistance and can be used as a form in place gasket. It will adhere to clean metals, glass, most types of wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, natural and synthetic fiber, ceramic, many plastics and painted surfaces. Silastomer® 343 provides excellent resistance to moisture, weathering, vibration, ozone and extreme temperatures. It can be applied in surface temperatures of 0°F to above 120°F with no loss in performance. Fully cured Silastomer® 343 can withstand extended periods at temperatures up to 400°F.

Supertacker® 351

Supertacker® 351 is a single component, high performance elastomeric adhesive that exhibits exceptional bonding characteristics to a broad range of materials including metals, glass, plastic composites, rubber, leather, wood and vinyl. Supertacker® 351 provides a tough, waterproof bond that won’t crack or become brittle. Tuffbond® 47771

Tuffbond® 47771 adhesive/sealant is a two-component epoxy. This adhesive is a 100% solid system, one to one ratio, room temperature cure system.

HASA 39781

HASA 39781 is a single-component, anaerobic, structural adhesive designed for bonding rigid assemblies. HASA 39781 cure is accomplished when mating surfaces including metal, glass and ceramics are joined together. Accelerated cures are possible with the application of primers or by a short, low temperature heat cycle. Upon cure, HASA 39781 is a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic with excellent properties over a wide range of conditions.

UV Curable 40995

Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 40995 is a single component anaerobic thread locking and sealing adhesive. Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 40995 is a low viscosity penetrating material that works by capillary action between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a high-performance thermoset plastic suitable for temperatures up to 400°F (204°C). Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 40995 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join threaded assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in five minutes, or within 10 seconds by exposing the edge fillets to high intensity long wavelength UV light (365 nm). Full strength will be reached in 24 hours. Cure fillets at UV light irradiances above 60 milliwatts/cm² to insure proper cure.

Fusionbond® 370

Fusionbond® 370 is a two components methacrylate adhesive. It is specially formulated for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metal, wood and composite assemblies. Fusionbond® 370 is an excellent choice for composite bonding applications in the marine, automotive and construction industries because it requires virtually no surface preparation. Fusionbond® 370 provides superior toughness at temperatures from -67 to 250°F.

Fusionbond® 371 is a two components methacrylate adhesive. It is specially formulated for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metal, wood and composite assemblies. Fusionbond® 371 is an excellent choice for composite bonding applications in the marine, automotive and construction industries because it requires virtually no surface preparation. Fusionbond® 374

Hernon® has taken the excellent bond strength of Fusionbond adhesive family and merged it with the simplicity of a two-component, no-mix curing system to create Fusionbond® 374. Fusionbond® 374 is a 100% solid, room temperature cure, versatile structural adhesive which is used in conjunction with Hernon® Activator 56, 15 or 16. This formulation will offer rapid, high strength and high impact resistant bonds to a variety of substrates within minutes. Designed for a wide variety of substrates, Fusionbond® 374 offers excellent temperature and chemical resistance. The two-component, no-mix system allows controlled assembly ideal for production and repair applications. A structural bond develops within minutes.

Tuffbond® 321

Tuffbond® 321 is a flexible, low viscosity, general purpose resin system used for casting, potting, and encapsulating of electrical and electronic components. This unique product has been formulated to combine ease in handling with optimum physical, thermal and electrical insulation properties.

Tuffbond® 315
