Self Locker 523 is a pre-applied micro-encapsulated adhesive for threaded fasteners. Self Locker 523 stays dry-to-the-touch until the shearing action of an engaging nut applied to the coated bolt causes the capsules to break allowing the adhesive to cure. This material securely locks and seals against vibration loosening and fluid leakage.

Quantum® 150 UV is a single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive with light curing property. The presence of surface moisture and/or light (UV or Visible light) commence the cure of the adhesive. Quantum® 150 UV develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength within minutes. Quantum 150 UV can bond a wide variety of surfaces including thermoplastics, elastomers. Product Benefits: • Rapid Cure: forms a strong bond by moisture curing at room temperature in less than a minute with contact pressure. • Light curing property: can be easily cured by irradiation with light. CM8005 is a single-component room temperature cure gel-like anaerobic gasketing compound formulated to provide instant sealing capabilities. Once cured between mating metal flanges and filling voids in the surface, CM8005 provides a thin, flexible, solvent and temperature resistant seal.

Ammunition Primer Sealant 34194 is a single component 100% solid system offering a tough, dry coating with superior chemical and environmental resistance after cure. Ammunition Primer Sealant 34194 will cure rapidly when exposed to high intensity U.V. light. This coating is formulated to migrate rapidly resulting in complete coverage of the gap. The fluorescent sealant will offer an easy inspection using standard vision system.

Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 47422 is a single component UV and anaerobic curing adhesive. Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 47422 is a low viscosity penetrating material that works by capillary action between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a high performance thermoset plastic suitable for temperatures up to 400°F (204°C). Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 47422 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in five minutes, or within 10 seconds by exposing the edge fillets to high intensity long wavelength UV light (365 nm). Full strength will be reached in 24 hours. Cure fillets at UV light irradiances above 60 milliwatts/cm² to insure proper cure.

Blank Ammunition Sealant 48641 Is a medium viscosity, UV and LED curable compound formulated to provide high performance, fast curing, coating and sealing of ammunition blank tips. This product is also used for shallow potting applications.

Primer 37824 is a single component, solvent-free, reactive monomer-based product designed to promote the cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic adhesives and sealants. Primer 37824 is used where increased cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic products is required, and for difficult to bond applications where galvanized steel or zinc electroplated surfaces are involved. This product was specially formulated for increasing bond integrity on dichromated surfaces.

Tuffbond® 65891 is a two-component, room temperature cure system. Tuffbond® 65891 is recommended for bonding metal, glass, wood, concrete, and rubber, and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Gasket Replacer 906 is a single component room temperature cure gel-like anaerobic gasketing compound formulated to provide instant sealing capabilities. Once cured between mating metal flanges filling voids in the surface, Gasket Replacer 906 provides a thin, flexible, solvent and temperature resistant seal. Gasket Replacer 906 can replace or be used as a dressing for conventional gaskets.

Ultrabond® Sealant 721 is a UV curable adhesive that can be used to seal a variety of plastics when exposed to UV light. The sealant offers a water- tight seal with excellent environmental resistance.

Ultrabond® 786 is an EB/UV curable product that provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates like metals, glass, ceramics and plastics. The sealant offers a water-tight seal with excellent environmental and high impact resistance.

HASA 718 is a single component structural anaerobic adhesive formulated for bonding rigid assemblies. HASA 718 cures when it is confined between mating surfaces. Hernon? Activator 56 accelerates the cure.

Nuts N’ Bolts® 237 is a single component, high strength, anaerobic compound used to lock and seal fine threaded nuts, bolts, and studs in a wide variety of applications.

Activator 45 is solvent-free and designed to initiate the cure of Hernon® toughened acrylic adhesives. Since Activator 45 contains no solvents, no waiting time for solvent evaporation is needed prior to assembly.

Tuffbond® 304 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 304 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loudy speakers. Tuffbond® 304 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Nuts N’ Bolts® 220 is a single component, high strength, anaerobic compound used to lock and seal fine threaded nuts, bolts, and studs in a wide variety of applications.

Activator 15 is a solvent free product which was designed to be used with React® 727, 784 and Fusionbond 374.

Dripstop® 929 is a general- purpose anaerobic pipe sealant. It has superior sealing and mild locking performance compared to tapes and non-hardening dopes. The properties of this Dripstop® prevents galling on Stainless Steel, Aluminum and other metal pipe fittings. Dripstop® 929 reduces costs by eliminating leakage and increasing the assembly line speed. Dripstop® 929 seals to moderate pressure immediately and to 250 psig steam pressure in just 24 hours. This sealant also lubricates threads during make-up, prevents galling and assures smooth disassembly. UL Classification – File MH14222 Classified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® as to fire hazard only. 929 Pipe Sealant with Teflon®. Fire hazard is small. No flash point in liquid state. Ignition temperature 455°C (851°F). For use in devices handling gasoline, petroleum oils, natural gas (pressure not to exceed 300 psig), butane and propane not exceeding 2 in. pipe size. 29R9.

Dripstop® 943 is an adhesive/sealant specifically formulated for the sealing and mild locking of Hydraulic and Pneumatic threaded parts. Dripstop® 943 will positively seal pipe threads, standard nuts and bolts, fittings for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air conditioners, fittings for refrigeration equipment, and all types of water and chemical-processing, valves and equipment, including steam up to 300°F. Dripstop® 943 is a single component anaerobic adhesive/sealant. This adhesive will provide a rapid cure at room temperature. Upon cure, the material becomes a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic which will prevent leakage from shock, and vibration, as well as corrosive liquids and atmospheres.

Cylinlock® 845 is a fast curing, high strength anaerobic adhesive designed to retain and seal cylindrical assemblies. This compound will cure on metallic or non-metallic substrates and is suitable for exposure to most solvents and withstands temperatures of 300°F (149°C). Hernon Cylinlock® 845 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join cylindrical assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in 24 hours. Hernon Primer 49 or 50 can be used to reduce fixturing time on inactive surfaces and to increase cure through gap. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential potable water systems

Cylinlock® 827 is a single component anaerobic retaining adhesive for cylindrical joints. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. This product develops medium strength to facilitate disassembly.

ReAct® 767 is a high performance tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for securing ceramic permanent magnet segments in motor magnet bonding applications. Used in conjunction with Hernon® Activator 56/ Activator 47, this structural adhesive is ideal for choke and transformer bonding, DC motor assembly, alternator and flywheel applications, tacking, unitizing, ruggedizing, sealing and shallow potting. ReAct® 767 fixtures in seconds, is acrylic acid free and non-corrosive, non-flammable, and suitable for harsh environments. ReAct® 767 exhibits good thermal shock, impact and peel resistance characteristics, and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of plated surfaces.

Tuffbond® 315 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 315 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. Cylinlock® 843 is a fast curing, high strength anaerobic adhesive yielding higher shear strengths with temperature resistance up to 300°F (149°C) It provides relatively quick cures, outstanding solvent resistance, and improved reliability for metal service applications. Flexible and good for use on Brass.

Dripstop® 912 provides maximum solvent resistance on threaded fittings and pipe up to 3” in diameter. It is recommended for refrigeration systems and service with strong chemicals. Dripstop® 912 is not for slip fitted tube joints. Dripstop® 912 has excellent solvent resistance and withstands temperatures to 300°F (149°C). This product is not recommended for use on plastic piping.

Dripstop® 945 is a high-performance adhesive/sealant specifically formulated for the sealing and mild locking of hydraulic and pneumatic threaded parts used with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Dripstop® 945 will seal pipe threads, standard nuts and bolts, fittings for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air conditioners, fittings for refrigeration equipment, and all types of water and chemical processing valves and equipment, including steam up to 350°F. Dripstop® 945 is a single component, anaerobic adhesive/sealant, which will provide a rapid cure at room temperature. Upon cure, Dripstop® 945 becomes a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic preventing leakage from shock, vibration as well as corrosive liquids and atmospheres.

Metal Cement 850 is a single component, silver color gel, that is designed for quick repairing of worn machinery parts. Once confined between parts, it develops a high strength bond with excellent chemical and temperature resistance. The bonded assembly often doubles the strength of press fitted parts. Use Metal Cement 850 in the new assembly to fill the gaps between parts to prevent wear, corrosion and backlash.

Nuts N’ Bolts® 410 is a single component, low viscosity anaerobic adhesive/sealant designed especially for wicking applications. It has the ability to penetrate porous structures and cracks by capillary action, filling voids as large as 0.005 in.

ReAct® 761 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding permanent magnets. ReAct® 761 has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 761 provides high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance. ReAct® 761 is a single component adhesive used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59, Activator 56 or Activator 63 for curing at room temperature. The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150°C.

Fusionbond® 375 is a highly thixotropic, two component, room temperature curing, 1:1 ratio, methacrylate adhesive system. Fusionbond® 375 is formulated to provide fixturing strength within 7 to 10 minutes. This adhesive product forms resilient bonds and maintains its strength over a wide range of temperatures. Fusionbond® 375 is suitable for bonding a variety of substrates with a minimum of surface preparation. Fusionbond® 375 provides toughness at temperatures from -67 to 250°F. Recommended substrates: PVC, acrylic, ABS, stainless steel, and some types of fiberglass.

Fusionbond® 370 is a two components methacrylate adhesive. It is specially formulated for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metal, wood and composite assemblies. Fusionbond® 370 is an excellent choice for composite bonding applications in the marine, automotive and construction industries because it requires virtually no surface preparation. Fusionbond® 370 provides superior toughness at temperatures from -67 to 250°F.

Tuffbond® 313 adhesive/sealant is a two component, 100% solid system, one to one ratio, room temperature cure system. Tuffbond® 313 is recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Weld Sealant 433 is a single component anaerobic penetrating adhesive and sealant. Utilizing capillary action, Weld Sealant 433 penetrates and seals porosities and cracks as large as 0.127 mm. Once confined away from air Weld Sealant 433 cures to a thermoset plastic. Sealant remaining on the surface will not cure and can be easily wiped clear. Benefits include retention of fluids and pressures as well as corrosion and contamination elimination. Temperature resistance is up to 400°F (204°C). Weld Sealant 433 is impervious to most solvents. Welds, castings and powder metal parts can be sealed to their rupture pressure.

Powerseal 932 is a single component, non-hardening, non-curing gray paste pipe sealant which lubricates and seals threaded pipe connections and O-Rings. Powerseal 932 is unaffected by water, oil, ammonia, glycerin, steam, all types of gases, exhaust fumes and most hard- to- hold liquids. Powerseal 932 withstands extreme temperatures and pressures and will not shrink, crack, or crumble. The product remains pliable and will not harden, making connection vibration proof. It makes for easy assembly and makes disassembly and repair simple. It also prevents corrosion and seizing of metal parts.

ReAct® 784 has excellent bond strength as a structural adhesive. This formulation will offer rapid, high strength and high impact resistant bonds to a variety of substrates within minutes. Designed for a wide variety of substrates. ReAct® 784 is a room temperature curing adhesive, used in combination with Activator 15. This no-mix system allows controlled assembly ideal for production and repair applications. A structural bond develops within minutes.

ReAct® 727 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for securing of ceramic permanent magnet segments in motor magnet bonding applications. This adhesive has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 727 has demonstrated the ability to provide high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. Dissipator® 745 is a thermally conductive room temperature cure adhesive that is designed for bonding electrical components to heat sink with a controlled gap. Dissipator® 745, through a special shimming property, insulates the component electrically while allowing thermal conductivity. This special shimming feature produces a constant gap of 0.005 in. to 0.006 in. between components.
