    Cleaner 62

    Cleaner 62 is a non-aqueous, hydrocarbon based, non-CFC industrial solvent which removes oil and grease completely. This cleaning solvent prepares the surface for bonding with Hernon® Adhesives and Sealants. Cleaner 62 is recommended for final cleaning prior to assembling parts with Hernon® Adhesives and Sealants. It is not recommended for cleaning (flushing) equipment or for cleaning printed circuit boards and printed circuit assemblies.

    Cylinlock® 820

    UV Curable Cylinlock® 820 is a fast curing, high-strength anaerobic adhesive designed to retain and seal cylindrical assemblies. Curing occurs when adhesive is confined between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic suitable for exposure to most solvents. Augments or replaces press fits, set screws, pins and other mechanical retaining methods. Avoids heavy press fits due to rapid cure. Cylinlock® 820 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join cylindrical assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in five minutes or within 15 seconds by exposing the edge fillets to high intensity long wavelength UV light (365 nm). Full strength will be reached in 24 hours.

    Cylinlock® 824

    Cylinlock® 824 is a general purpose, single-component, anaerobic adhesive used primarily for joining cylindrical assemblies of all types. It is a low viscosity, self-hardening adhesive that cures when confined between ferrous or copper alloy metals. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic suitable for exposure to most solvents.

Hernon Primer 49 or 50 can be used to reduce fixturing time on inactive surfaces and to increase cure through gap. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential potable water systems

    Dripstop® 912 provides maximum solvent resistance on threaded fittings and pipe up to 3” in diameter. It is recommended for refrigeration systems and service with strong chemicals. Dripstop® 912 is not for slip fitted tube joints. Dripstop® 912 has excellent solvent resistance and withstands temperatures to 300°F (149°C). This product is not recommended for use on plastic piping.

    Dripstop® 920 is a general-purpose anaerobic pipe sealant which contains Teflon®. It has superior sealing and mild locking performance compared to tapes and non-hardening dopes. The properties of this Dripstop® prevents galling on Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and other metal pipe fittings. Dripstop® 920 reduces costs by eliminating leakage and increasing the assembly line speed. Dripstop® 920 seals to moderate pressure immediately and to 250 psig steam pressure in just 24 hours. This sealant also lubricates threads during make-up, prevents galling and assures smooth disassembly. UL Classification – File MH14222 Classified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® as to fire hazard only. 920 Pipe Sealant with Teflon®. Fire hazard is small. No flash point in liquid state. Ignition temperature 455°C (851°F). For use in devices handling gasoline, petroleum oils, natural gas (pressure not to exceed 300 psig), butane and propane not exceeding 2 in. pipe size. 29R9.
