    Cylinlock® 827 is a single component anaerobic retaining adhesive for cylindrical joints. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. This product develops medium strength to facilitate disassembly.

    Cylinlock® 845

    Cylinlock® 845 is a fast curing, high strength anaerobic adhesive designed to retain and seal cylindrical assemblies. This compound will cure on metallic or non-metallic substrates and is suitable for exposure to most solvents and withstands temperatures of 300°F (149°C). Hernon Cylinlock® 845 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join cylindrical assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in 24 hours. Hernon Primer 49 or 50 can be used to reduce fixturing time on inactive surfaces and to increase cure through gap. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential potable water systems

    Dripstop® 912 provides maximum solvent resistance on threaded fittings and pipe up to 3” in diameter. It is recommended for refrigeration systems and service with strong chemicals. Dripstop® 912 is not for slip fitted tube joints. Dripstop® 912 has excellent solvent resistance and withstands temperatures to 300°F (149°C). This product is not recommended for use on plastic piping.

The properties of this Dripstop® prevents galling on Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and other metal pipe fittings. Dripstop® 920 reduces costs by eliminating leakage and increasing the assembly line speed. Dripstop® 920 seals to moderate pressure immediately and to 250 psig steam pressure in just 24 hours. This sealant also lubricates threads during make-up, prevents galling and assures smooth disassembly. UL Classification – File MH14222 Classified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® as to fire hazard only. 920 Pipe Sealant with Teflon®. Fire hazard is small. No flash point in liquid state. Ignition temperature 455°C (851°F). For use in devices handling gasoline, petroleum oils, natural gas (pressure not to exceed 300 psig), butane and propane not exceeding 2 in. pipe size. 29R9.

    Dripstop® 923

    Dripstop® 923 is a single component, paste-like anaerobic pipe sealant compound, which contains Teflon®. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. This industrial grade sealant develops controlled low strength to facilitate disassembly. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential potable water systems not exceeding 82°C (180°F). Dripstop® 923 is recommended for sealing metal tapered pipe threads and fittings up to 2 inches (5cm) NPT for industrial applications in the chemical processing, petroleum refining, pulp/paper, waste treatment, textile, utilities/power generation, marine, automotive, industrial equipment, gas compression and distribution industries. It is also recommended for industrial plant fluid power systems.

    Dripstop® 940 is a thread sealant, which contains Teflon®, and for use on inactive metals such as stainless steel and aluminum used in chemical process piping. The properties of this Dripstop® prevents galling on Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and other metal pipe fittings. Dripstop® 940 is formulated to cure without the necessity of a primer. Dripstop® 940 has been shown to be compatible for use within diesel exhaust systems using DEF according to ISO-22241 through independent 3rd party verification. Dripstop® 940 withstands high pressures, sealing up to 250 psig steam at 400°F (204°C) continuous service while maintaining its chemical inertness.     Dripstop® 943 is an adhesive/sealant specifically formulated for the sealing and mild locking of Hydraulic and Pneumatic threaded parts. Dripstop® 943 will positively seal pipe threads, standard nuts and bolts, fittings for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air conditioners, fittings for refrigeration equipment, and all types of water and chemical-processing, valves and equipment, including steam up to 300°F. Dripstop® 943 is a single component anaerobic adhesive/sealant. This adhesive will provide a rapid cure at room temperature. Upon cure, the material becomes a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic which will prevent leakage from shock, and vibration, as well as corrosive liquids and atmospheres.
