Ultrabond® 758 Is a low viscosity self-leveling UV curable potting compound formulated to provide high performance, fast curing, coating and encapsulating of electronic components. This product is also used for shallow potting applications.

Tuffbond® 65891 is a two-component, room temperature cure system. Tuffbond® 65891 is recommended for bonding metal, glass, wood, concrete, and rubber, and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Ultrabond® 773 is a single component, tri-cure conformal coating formulated for bonding glass to glass or glass to metals. Ultrabond® 773 is excellent for bonding and tacking many parts. Ultrabond® 773 can also be cured with heat above 200°F (93°C) or EF Primer 56. Exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure these adhesives to a dry, hard surface.

Ultrabond® 774 is a one component adhesive which cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light of sufficient intensity.

ReAct® 783 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding permanent magnets. ReAct® 783 has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 783 is a room temperature curing adhesive, used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59 or Activator 63.

ReAct® 784 has excellent bond strength as a structural adhesive. This formulation will offer rapid, high strength and high impact resistant bonds to a variety of substrates within minutes. Designed for a wide variety of substrates. ReAct® 784 is a room temperature curing adhesive, used in combination with Activator 15. This no-mix system allows controlled assembly ideal for production and repair applications. A structural bond develops within minutes.

Ultrabond® 786 is an EB/UV curable product that provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates like metals, glass, ceramics and plastics. The sealant offers a water-tight seal with excellent environmental and high impact resistance.

ReAct® 795 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for securing of ceramic permanent magnet segments in motor magnet bonding applications. This adhesive has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 795 has demonstrated the ability to provide high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough, durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance. This tough acrylic is a single component, room temperature curing adhesive which is used in conjunction with Activator 47. Additionally, exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure this adhesive to a dry, hard surface. ReAct® 795 is similar in function to Loctite A533 and Loctite AA332 and delivers high shear strength and tensile strength. One of its primary uses is securing permanent magnets in motor magnet bonding applications. UV Curable Cylinlock® 820 is a fast curing, high-strength anaerobic adhesive designed to retain and seal cylindrical assemblies. Curing occurs when adhesive is confined between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic suitable for exposure to most solvents. Augments or replaces press fits, set screws, pins and other mechanical retaining methods. Avoids heavy press fits due to rapid cure. Cylinlock® 820 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join cylindrical assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in five minutes or within 15 seconds by exposing the edge fillets to high intensity long wavelength UV light (365 nm). Full strength will be reached in 24 hours.

UV Curable Cylinlock® 821 is a fast curing, high strength anaerobic adhesive designed to retain and seal cylindrical assemblies. Curing occurs when adhesive is confined between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic suitable for exposure to most solvents and withstands temperatures up to 300°F (149°C). Cylinlock® 824 is a general purpose, single-component, anaerobic adhesive used primarily for joining cylindrical assemblies of all types. It is a low viscosity, self-hardening adhesive that cures when confined between ferrous or copper alloy metals. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic suitable for exposure to most solvents.

Cylinlock® 827 is a single component anaerobic retaining adhesive for cylindrical joints. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. This product develops medium strength to facilitate disassembly.

Cylinlock® 842 is a high temperature, high strength anaerobic adhesive designed to retain and seal cylindrical assemblies. This compound will cure on metallic or non-metallic substrates and is suitable for exposure to most solvents.

Cylinlock® 845 is a fast curing, high strength anaerobic adhesive designed to retain and seal cylindrical assemblies. This compound will cure on metallic or non-metallic substrates and is suitable for exposure to most solvents and withstands temperatures of 300°F (149°C). Hernon Cylinlock® 845 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join cylindrical assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in 24 hours. Hernon Primer 49 or 50 can be used to reduce fixturing time on inactive surfaces and to increase cure through gap. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential potable water systems

Metal Cement 850 is a single component, silver color gel, that is designed for quick repairing of worn machinery parts. Once confined between parts, it develops a high strength bond with excellent chemical and temperature resistance. The bonded assembly often doubles the strength of press fitted parts. Use Metal Cement 850 in the new assembly to fill the gaps between parts to prevent wear, corrosion and backlash.

ReAct® 761 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding permanent magnets. ReAct® 761 has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 761 provides high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance. ReAct® 761 is a single component adhesive used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59, Activator 56 or Activator 63 for curing at room temperature. The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150°C.

Gasket Replacer® 916 is a single component room temperature cure gel-like anaerobic gasket compound formulated to provide instant sealing capabilities. Once cured between mating metal flanges and filling voids in the surface, Gasket Replacer 916 provides a thin, flexible, solvent, and temperature-resistant seal. Gasket Replacer 916 can replace or be used as a dressing for conventional gaskets Gasket Replacer 916 is a recommended alternative to Gasket Eliminator Flange Sealant. Designed for metal closures Gasket Replacer offers a semi-flexible, anaerobic seal for flanges, similar to Loctite 515 and Loctite 518. Gasket Replacer's gel-like consistency can fill minor gaps and imperfections in flange surfaces and when fully cured, this sealant resists significant pressure. Known as a form-in-place gasket, this sealant adapts to the size and shape of the flange allowing a wide variety of uses including oil seals, engine housings and transmission flanges.

ReAct® 766 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding permanent magnets. ReAct® 766 has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 766 provides high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough durable bonds with outstanding impact and pee1 resistance. Temperature resistance from –40°C (-40°F) to 204°C (400°F). ReAct® 766 is a single component adhesive used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59 or Activator 63 for curing at room temperature. The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150°C.

Dripstop® 921 is a single component multiple purpose anaerobic adhesive gel for locking, lubricating and sealing threaded fasteners and pipe fittings.

Quantum® 150 UV is a single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive with light curing property. The presence of surface moisture and/or light (UV or Visible light) commence the cure of the adhesive. Quantum® 150 UV develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength within minutes. Quantum 150 UV can bond a wide variety of surfaces including thermoplastics, elastomers. Product Benefits: • Rapid Cure: forms a strong bond by moisture curing at room temperature in less than a minute with contact pressure. • Light curing property: can be easily cured by irradiation with light. Ultrabond® 787 is a one component, thixotropic adhesive, which cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light of sufficient intensity. Ultrabond® 787 is primarily used for bonding rigid and flexible PVC to polycarbonate where large gap filling capabilities and a flexible joint are desired. Its flexibility enhances the load bearing and shock absorbing characteristics of the bond area. It has also shown excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including glass, many plastics and most metals.

Bullet Proof 650 is an environmentally friendly, single component, room temperature cure sealant and coating material. Bullet Proof 650 is formulated to waterproof and seal the interface between a bullet and cartridge. Bullet Proof 650 coats the inside of large shells to prevent the corrosive attack by the cartridge on the ignition powder.

HASA 66071 is a single component structural anaerobic adhesive formulated for bonding rigid assemblies at high temperatures. HASA 66071 cures when it is confined between mating surfaces. Hernon® Primer 50 accelerates the cure.

Nuts N’ Bolts® 97860 is a wicking anaerobic used for preassembled equipment and structures where penetration into fastener connection points is required. This product allows very simple preventive maintenance by permitting thread locking without dismantling equipment. The product “wicks” into voids by capillary action. Use Nuts N’ Bolts® 97860 to seal pores or pinhole porosity in welded seams, tanks, castings, or metal parts. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic suitable for temperatures up to 400°F (204°C), and exposure to most solvents.

Primer 37824 is a single component, solvent-free, reactive monomer-based product designed to promote the cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic adhesives and sealants. Primer 37824 is used where increased cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic products is required, and for difficult to bond applications where galvanized steel or zinc electroplated surfaces are involved. This product was specially formulated for increasing bond integrity on dichromated surfaces.

Activator 45 is solvent-free and designed to initiate the cure of Hernon® toughened acrylic adhesives. Since Activator 45 contains no solvents, no waiting time for solvent evaporation is needed prior to assembly.

Adhesion Promoter 42 is a single component product designed to improve adhesion to low surface energy plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and Santoprene to similar substrates using Quantum® and Instantbond® adhesives.

Activator 51 is a solvent-free product that is designed to initiate the cure of Hernon® toughened acrylic adhesives. Since Activator 51 contains no solvents, no waiting time for solvent evaporation is needed prior to assembly.

Activator 56 is a single component, non-CFC solvent-based product, designed to promote the cure speed of Hernon® Structural Adhesive/Sealants. Activator 56 is used where increased cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic adhesives and sealants is required. Especially recommended for applications with passive metals, inert surfaces or where large gaps are present.

Accelerator 48 is a solvent-based accelerator for instant adhesives. The accelerator is designed to speed the cure of Hernon cyanoacrylate adhesives. Accelerator 48 is used where increased cure speed of Hernon® cyanoacrylate adhesives is required. Especially recommended for applications involving printed circuit board wire tacking and tamper proofing of adjustable components.

Activator 47 is solvent-free and designed to initiate the cure of Hernon toughened acrylic adhesives. Since Activator 47 contains no solvents, no waiting time for solvent evaporation is needed prior to assembly.

Hernon Activator 21 is an encapsulated catalyst that activates the resin Self Locker 523.

Cylinlock® 34323 is a fast curing, high-strength anaerobic adhesive yielding higher shear strengths with temperature resistance up to 300°F (149°C) It provides relatively quick cures, outstanding solvent resistance, and improved reliability for metal service applications.

Cylinlock® 42633 is a fast curing, high strength anaerobic adhesive with temperature resistance up to 300°F (149°C). It is designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts, particularly where bond gaps can approach 0.25 mm (0.01 in.) and where maximum strength at room temperature is required. Cylinlock® 42633 provides relatively quick cures, outstanding solvent resistance, and improved reliability for severe service applications.

Blank Ammunition Sealant 53162 Is a medium viscosity, UV and LED curable compound formulated to provide high performance, fast curing, coating and sealing of ammunition blank tips. This product is also used for shallow potting applications.

Blank Ammunition Sealant 48641 Is a medium viscosity, UV and LED curable compound formulated to provide high performance, fast curing, coating and sealing of ammunition blank tips. This product is also used for shallow potting applications.

Activator 15 is a solvent free product which was designed to be used with React® 727, 784 and Fusionbond 374.

Tuffbond® 302 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 302 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud speakers. Tuffbond® 302 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Accelerator 58 is a single component non-CFC solvent-based product, formulated to provide a faster cure on acidic surfaces and cure excess Instantbond? cyanoacrylate adhesive outside the bond line. Accelerator 58 is used to increase the cure speed of Hernon® Instantbond® Adhesives. It is especially suited for post application on exposed Instantbond® adhesive outside of the bond line. Loudspeaker assembly and bonding jewelry are two examples.

Instantbond® 110 is a state-of-the-art, single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive that polymerizes rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts. The presence of surface moisture commences the cure of the adhesive. Instantbond® 110 develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength in a few hours. Instantbond® 110 can bond a wide variety of surfaces including thermoplastics, elastomers, ceramics, leather, cork, and paper, but is particularly suited for bonding metal substrates. Instantbond® 120 resists thermal cycling and also exhibits superior resistance to humidity. Instantbond® 120 meets the requirements of CID A-A-3097 Type II, Class 3 and MIL-A-46050C TY II, CL 3.
