Instantbond® 113 is a state-of-the-art, single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive that polymerizes rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts. The presence of surface moisture commences the cure of the adhesive. Instantbond® 113 develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength in a few hours. Instantbond? 113 can bond a wide variety of surfaces including metals, thermoplastics, elastomers, ceramics, leather, cork, and paper, but is particularly suited for bonding hard-to-bond plastics. Notwithstanding the superior bonding capability of Instantbond? 113, it is NOT recommended for long-term glass to glass bonding applications.

Instantbond® 117 is a high viscosity, state-of-the-art, single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive that polymerizes rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts. The presence of surface moisture commences the cure of the adhesive. Instantbond® 117 develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength in a few hours. Instantbond® 117 can bond a wide variety of surfaces including metals, thermoplastics, elastomers, ceramics, leather, cork, and paper, but is particularly suited for wire tacking applications. Notwithstanding the superior bonding capability of Instantbond® 117, it is NOT recommended for long-term glass to glass bonding applications.

Instantbond® 120 is a single-component cyanoacrylate adhesive suitable for applications where heat resistance is required. Instantbond® 120 resists thermal cycling and also exhibits superior resistance to humidity. Instantbond® 120 meets the requirements of CID A-A-3097 Type II, Class 3 and MIL-A-46050C TY II, CL 3.

Accelerator 58 is a single component non-CFC solvent-based product, formulated to provide a faster cure on acidic surfaces and cure excess Instantbond? cyanoacrylate adhesive outside the bond line. Accelerator 58 is used to increase the cure speed of Hernon® Instantbond® Adhesives. It is especially suited for post application on exposed Instantbond® adhesive outside of the bond line. Loudspeaker assembly and bonding jewelry are two examples.

Tuffbond® 302 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 302 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud speakers. Tuffbond® 302 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Activator 15 is a solvent free product which was designed to be used with React® 727, 784 and Fusionbond 374.

Blank Ammunition Sealant 48641 Is a medium viscosity, UV and LED curable compound formulated to provide high performance, fast curing, coating and sealing of ammunition blank tips. This product is also used for shallow potting applications.

Blank Ammunition Sealant 53162 Is a medium viscosity, UV and LED curable compound formulated to provide high performance, fast curing, coating and sealing of ammunition blank tips. This product is also used for shallow potting applications.

Fusionbond® 371 is a two components methacrylate adhesive. It is specially formulated for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metal, wood and composite assemblies. Fusionbond® 371 is an excellent choice for composite bonding applications in the marine, automotive and construction industries because it requires virtually no surface preparation. Fusionbond® 371 provides toughness at temperatures from -67 to 250°F.

Cylinlock® 34323 is a fast curing, high-strength anaerobic adhesive yielding higher shear strengths with temperature resistance up to 300°F (149°C) It provides relatively quick cures, outstanding solvent resistance, and improved reliability for metal service applications.

Hernon Activator 21 is an encapsulated catalyst that activates the resin Self Locker 523.

Activator 47 is solvent-free and designed to initiate the cure of Hernon toughened acrylic adhesives. Since Activator 47 contains no solvents, no waiting time for solvent evaporation is needed prior to assembly.

Activator 63 is a solvent-based product, specially formulated to promote the cure of Hernon Adhesives.

Gasket Replacer® 910 is a single component room temperature cure gel-like anaerobic gasket compound formulated to provide instant sealing capabilities. Once cured between mating metal flanges and filling voids in the surface, Gasket Replacer 910 provides a thin, flexible, solvent, and temperature-resistant seal. Gasket Replacer 910 is a recommended alternative to Gasket Eliminator Flange Sealant. Designed for metal closures Gasket Replacer offers a semi-flexible, anaerobic seal for flanges, similar to Loctite 515 and Loctite 518. Gasket Replacer's gel-like consistency can fill minor gaps and imperfections in flange surfaces and when fully cured, this sealant resists significant pressure. Known as a form-in-place gasket, this sealant adapts to the size and shape of the flange allowing a wide variety of uses including oil seals, engine housings and transmission flanges.

Activator 56 is a single component, non-CFC solvent-based product, designed to promote the cure speed of Hernon® Structural Adhesive/Sealants. Activator 56 is used where increased cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic adhesives and sealants is required. Especially recommended for applications with passive metals, inert surfaces or where large gaps are present.

Activator 51 is a solvent-free product that is designed to initiate the cure of Hernon® toughened acrylic adhesives. Since Activator 51 contains no solvents, no waiting time for solvent evaporation is needed prior to assembly.

Adhesion Promoter 42 is a single component product designed to improve adhesion to low surface energy plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and Santoprene to similar substrates using Quantum® and Instantbond® adhesives.

Activator 45 is solvent-free and designed to initiate the cure of Hernon® toughened acrylic adhesives. Since Activator 45 contains no solvents, no waiting time for solvent evaporation is needed prior to assembly.

Primer 37824 is a single component, solvent-free, reactive monomer-based product designed to promote the cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic adhesives and sealants. Primer 37824 is used where increased cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic products is required, and for difficult to bond applications where galvanized steel or zinc electroplated surfaces are involved. This product was specially formulated for increasing bond integrity on dichromated surfaces.

HASA 66071 is a single component structural anaerobic adhesive formulated for bonding rigid assemblies at high temperatures. HASA 66071 cures when it is confined between mating surfaces. Hernon® Primer 50 accelerates the cure.

Bullet Proof 650 is an environmentally friendly, single component, room temperature cure sealant and coating material. Bullet Proof 650 is formulated to waterproof and seal the interface between a bullet and cartridge. Bullet Proof 650 coats the inside of large shells to prevent the corrosive attack by the cartridge on the ignition powder.

Ultrabond® 787 is a one component, thixotropic adhesive, which cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light of sufficient intensity. Ultrabond® 787 is primarily used for bonding rigid and flexible PVC to polycarbonate where large gap filling capabilities and a flexible joint are desired. Its flexibility enhances the load bearing and shock absorbing characteristics of the bond area. It has also shown excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including glass, many plastics and most metals.

Quantum® 150 UV is a single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive with light curing property. The presence of surface moisture and/or light (UV or Visible light) commence the cure of the adhesive. Quantum® 150 UV develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength within minutes. Quantum 150 UV can bond a wide variety of surfaces including thermoplastics, elastomers. Product Benefits: • Rapid Cure: forms a strong bond by moisture curing at room temperature in less than a minute with contact pressure. • Light curing property: can be easily cured by irradiation with light. Blushing can be also prevented by UV curing. • Surfaces: will bond almost any combination of similar or dissimilar materials. • Easy Use: single component feature, eliminates any mixing. • Due to low viscosity, it can penetrate gaps between surfaces.

Fusionbond® 370 is a two components methacrylate adhesive. It is specially formulated for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metal, wood and composite assemblies. Gasket Replacer 907 is a single component room temperature cure, gel-like anaerobic gasketing compound formulated to provide instant sealing capabilities. Once cured between metal flanges, Gasket Replacer 907 maintains a thin and rigid seal while providing solvent and temperature resistance.

Brake Bonder 362 is a black heat curing, nitrile/phenolic solvent-based adhesive. Cured Brake Bonder 362 furnishes excellent resistance to thermal shock, chemicals, and water. The cured bond withstands temperatures exceeding 600°F (315°C). The primary application for Brake Bonder 362 is bonding brake, clutch, and other friction materials to metal.

SelfSealer® 622 is a tough, pre-applied, non-hardening threaded sealant. SelfSealer® 622 provides an instant seal on different pipe threads and can be used up to eight (8) times without recoating. SelfSealer® 622 is water based, non-toxic, safe and can be applied easily without special handling precautions. SelfSealer® 622 provides resistance to vibrational loosening because of its prevailing torque characteristics. Therefore, it is very effective on non-locking applications.

Nuts N’ Bolts® 427 is a single component anaerobic thread locking material, which develops high strength. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces.

Ultrabond® 3443 is a single component, tri-cure conformal coating formulated for bonding glass to glass or glass to metals. Ultrabond® 3443 is excellent for bonding and tacking many parts. Ultrabond® 3443 can also be cured with heat above 200°F (93°C) or Activator 56 or 59. Exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure these adhesives to a dry, hard surface.

UV FOG (Form on Gasket) 68221 is an EB/UV curable product that provides excellent adhesion to shaft seals, oil seals, metals, glass, ceramics and plastics. Can be used as a Form-in-place gasket in oil and coolant systems. Typical applications include Engine covers, Oil pans and other fluid seal systems.

Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 47422 is a single component UV and anaerobic curing adhesive. Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 47422 is a low viscosity penetrating material that works by capillary action between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a high performance thermoset plastic suitable for temperatures up to 400°F (204°C). Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 47422 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in five minutes, or within 10 seconds by exposing the edge fillets to high intensity long wavelength UV light (365 nm). Full strength will be reached in 24 hours. Cure fillets at UV light irradiances above 60 milliwatts/cm² to insure proper cure.

Primer 46 is a single component, solvent-free, reactive monomer-based product designed to promote the cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic adhesives and sealants. Primer 46 is used where increased cure speed of Hernon® anaerobic adhesives and sealants is required. It is especially recommended for applications with passive metals or inert surfaces and with large bond gaps. It is particularly recommended for cure conditions below 15°C.

Rust Inhibitor 40 is an effective corrosion remover and rust preventative which leaves a protective finish for up to 1 year. Produces a clean, dry surface that can be painted, plated or powder coated afterward with no pre-cleaning. Not for use with zinc plated or magnesium items. Rust Inhibitor 40 is used on rusted steel when only a minimum surface preparation is practical. Rust Inhibitor 40 protects, cleans and leaves a protective coating.

Porosity Sealant (HPS) 990 is the solution to leak proof parts, improving machinability, in addition to increasing the durability and surface quality for painting and plating. HPS 990 is also excellent for sealing leak paths in rigid electronic assemblies. The hardened resins exhibit superior chemical resistance and elevated temperature stability. The microscopic voids, where potential leaks occur in the part are filled by the low viscosity resin during vacuum application. Sealed micropores cure without shrinkage to form tough cross-linked thermoset polymer, permanently sealing the piece. Excess residual adhesive is washed from the part surface during rinsing with water. The parts leave the impregnating process without surface residue and can then be used in production within a few short hours. The resin polymerizes, sealing gaps in any assembly. This protects electrical components against leakage from air, water, coolants and oils. When used in preparation for plating or painting processes, the impregnation process also eliminates absorption of plating materials (like acids) or painting prep solvents that could otherwise later bleed out of pores causing finishes to discolor, bleed, pit or peel. Sealed powdered metal parts exhibit better machinability, enhanced tool life and better dimensional control.

Dripstop® 947 is a high-performance adhesive/sealant specifically formulated for the sealing and mild locking of hydraulic and pneumatic threaded parts used with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Dripstop® 947 will seal pipe threads, standard nuts and bolts, fittings for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air conditioners, fittings for refrigeration equipment, and all types of water and chemical processing valves and equipment, including steam up to 350°F. Dripstop® 947 is a single component, thixotropic (non-migrating) anaerobic adhesive/sealant, that does not contain PTFE, and will provide a rapid cure at room temperature. Upon cure, Dripstop® 947 becomes a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic preventing leakage from shock, vibration as well as corrosive liquids and atmospheres.

Dripstop® 943 is an adhesive/sealant specifically formulated for the sealing and mild locking of Hydraulic and Pneumatic threaded parts. Dripstop® 943 will positively seal pipe threads, standard nuts and bolts, fittings for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air conditioners, fittings for refrigeration equipment, and all types of water and chemical-processing, valves and equipment, including steam up to 300°F. Dripstop® 943 is a single component anaerobic adhesive/sealant. This adhesive will provide a rapid cure at room temperature. Upon cure, the material becomes a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic which will prevent leakage from shock, and vibration, as well as corrosive liquids and atmospheres.

Powerseal 932 is a single component, non-hardening, non-curing gray paste pipe sealant which lubricates and seals threaded pipe connections and O-Rings. Powerseal 932 is unaffected by water, oil, ammonia, glycerin, steam, all types of gases, exhaust fumes and most hard- to- hold liquids. Powerseal 932 withstands extreme temperatures and pressures and will not shrink, crack, or crumble. The product remains pliable and will not harden, making connection vibration proof. It makes for easy assembly and makes disassembly and repair simple. It also prevents corrosion and seizing of metal parts.

Dripstop® 929 is a general- purpose anaerobic pipe sealant. It has superior sealing and mild locking performance compared to tapes and non-hardening dopes. The properties of this Dripstop® prevents galling on Stainless Steel, Aluminum and other metal pipe fittings. Dripstop® 929 reduces costs by eliminating leakage and increasing the assembly line speed. Dripstop® 929 seals to moderate pressure immediately and to 250 psig steam pressure in just 24 hours. This sealant also lubricates threads during make-up, prevents galling and assures smooth disassembly. UL Classification – File MH14222 Classified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® as to fire hazard only. 929 Pipe Sealant with Teflon®. Fire hazard is small. No flash point in liquid state. Ignition temperature 455°C (851°F). For use in devices handling gasoline, petroleum oils, natural gas (pressure not to exceed 300 psig), butane and propane not exceeding 2 in. pipe size. 29R9.

Dripstop® 923 is a single component, paste-like anaerobic pipe sealant compound, which contains Teflon®. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. This industrial grade sealant develops controlled low strength to facilitate disassembly. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential potable water systems not exceeding 82°C (180°F). Dripstop® 923 is recommended for sealing metal tapered pipe threads and fittings up to 2 inches (5cm) NPT for industrial applications in the chemical processing, petroleum refining, pulp/paper, waste treatment, textile, utilities/power generation, marine, automotive, industrial equipment, gas compression and distribution industries. It is also recommended for industrial plant fluid power systems.

Dripstop® 921 is a single component multiple purpose anaerobic adhesive gel for locking, lubricating and sealing threaded fasteners and pipe fittings.

ReAct® 766 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding permanent magnets. ReAct® 766 has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 766 provides high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough durable bonds with outstanding impact and pee1 resistance. Temperature resistance from –40°C (-40°F) to 204°C (400°F). ReAct® 766 is a single component adhesive used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59 or Activator 63 for curing at room temperature. The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150°C.

Gasket Replacer® 916 is a single component room temperature cure gel-like anaerobic gasket compound formulated to provide instant sealing capabilities. Once cured between mating metal flanges and filling voids in the surface, Gasket Replacer 916 provides a thin, flexible, solvent, and temperature-resistant seal. Gasket Replacer 916 can replace or be used as a dressing for conventional gaskets Gasket Replacer 916 is a recommended alternative to Gasket Eliminator Flange Sealant. Designed for metal closures Gasket Replacer offers a semi-flexible, anaerobic seal for flanges, similar to Loctite 515 and Loctite 518. Dripstop® 912 provides maximum solvent resistance on threaded fittings and pipe up to 3” in diameter. It is recommended for refrigeration systems and service with strong chemicals. Dripstop® 912 is not for slip fitted tube joints. Dripstop® 912 has excellent solvent resistance and withstands temperatures to 300°F (149°C). This product is not recommended for use on plastic piping.
