Nuts N’ Bolts® 420 is a single component anaerobic thread locking material, which is thixotropic and develops low strength for easy disassembly. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces.

The product delivers high strength locking and sealing on screws, nuts, bolts, studs and fittings. Dripstop® 912 provides maximum solvent resistance on threaded fittings and pipe up to 3” in diameter. It is recommended for refrigeration systems and service with strong chemicals. Dripstop® 912 is not for slip fitted tube joints. Dripstop® 912 has excellent solvent resistance and withstands temperatures to 300°F (149°C). This product is not recommended for use on plastic piping.

Gasket Replacer® 910 is a single component room temperature cure gel-like anaerobic gasket compound formulated to provide instant sealing capabilities. Once cured between mating metal flanges and filling voids in the surface, Gasket Replacer 910 provides a thin, flexible, solvent, and temperature-resistant seal. Gasket Replacer 910 is a recommended alternative to Gasket Eliminator Flange Sealant. Designed for metal closures Gasket Replacer offers a semi-flexible, anaerobic seal for flanges, similar to Loctite 515 and Loctite 518. Gasket Replacer's gel-like consistency can fill minor gaps and imperfections in flange surfaces and when fully cured, this sealant resists significant pressure. Known as a form-in-place gasket, this sealant adapts to the size and shape of the flange allowing a wide variety of uses including oil seals, engine housings and transmission flanges.

Fusionbond® 370 is a two components methacrylate adhesive. It is specially formulated for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metal, wood and composite assemblies. Fusionbond® 370 is an excellent choice for composite bonding applications in the marine, automotive and construction industries because it requires virtually no surface preparation. Fusionbond® 370 provides superior toughness at temperatures from -67 to 250°F.

Rust Eliminator 32 is a new revolutionary product for eliminating old rust and preventing new rust on steel parts. Rust is chemically transformed into an inert, non-corrosive coating.

Dripstop® 940 is a thread sealant, which contains Teflon®, and for use on inactive metals such as stainless steel and aluminum used in chemical process piping. The properties of this Dripstop® prevents galling on Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and other metal pipe fittings. Dripstop® 940 is formulated to cure without the necessity of a primer. Dripstop® 940 has been shown to be compatible for use within diesel exhaust systems using DEF according to ISO-22241 through independent 3rd party verification. Dripstop® 940 withstands high pressures, sealing up to 250 psig steam at 400°F (204°C) continuous service while maintaining its chemical inertness. SelfSealer® 604 is water based, non-toxic, safe and can be applied easily without special handling precautions. It provides resistance to vibrational loosening because of its prevailing torque characteristics. Therefore, it is very effective on non-locking applications.

Tuffbond® 315 is a modified epoxy adhesive that provides a fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 315 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loudy speakers. Tuffbond® 315 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Nuts N’ Bolts® 429 is a single component anaerobic thread locking adhesive. Nuts N’ Bolts® 429 is a high-strength adhesive for locking and sealing large bolts and studs 1inch and larger diameters. Curing occurs only when adhesive is confined between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is suitable for temperatures up to 300°F (149°C) and exposure to most solvents.

Dissipator® 319 is a room temperature curing, two component thermal conductive epoxy adhesive for potting applications. Dissipator® 319 offers low viscosity for potting applications, is recommended for encapsulation of components that require heat dissipation and thermal shock properties. Dissipator® 319 features good thermal conductivity (1.1 W/mK to 1.4 W/mK)

Dripstop® 946 is a high-performance adhesive/sealant specifically formulated for the sealing and mild locking of hydraulic and pneumatic threaded parts used with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Dripstop® 946 will seal pipe threads, standard nuts and bolts, fittings for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air conditioners, fittings for refrigeration equipment, and all types of water and chemical processing valves and equipment, including steam up to 300°F. Dripstop® 946 is a single component, thixotropic (non-migrating) anaerobic adhesive/sealant, that does not contain PTFE, and will provide a rapid cure at room temperature. Upon cure, Dripstop® 946 becomes a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic preventing leakage from shock, vibration as well as corrosive liquids and atmospheres.

Blank Ammunition Sealant 48642 Is a medium viscosity, UV and LED curable compound formulated to provide high performance, fast curing, coating and sealing of ammunition blank tips. This product is also used for shallow potting applications.

External Ammunition Sealant 59521 is a single component UV curable anaerobic sealant. 59521 has a low viscosity penetrating material capable of bonding and sealing primers and case mouths in ammunition. It is specially formulated for pre-assembled components; it works by capillary action sealing ammunition and improving bullet pull force. Cylinlock® 824 is a general purpose, single-component, anaerobic adhesive used primarily for joining cylindrical assemblies of all types. It is a low viscosity, self-hardening adhesive that cures when confined between ferrous or copper alloy metals. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic suitable for exposure to most solvents.

Ultrabond® 55711 is a single component anaerobic and UV curable, paste-like sealing compound formulated to provide instant sealing and bonding of electrical connectors. Upon exposure to UV energy an outer cured skin will be formed to prevent migration of the sealant out of the connector during normal daily handling. The sealant inside of the skin maintains its original property. Upon insertion of the wire to the connector, the sealant in the connected area will cure to offer an environmentally resistant and secure connection.

Nuts N' Bolts® 434 is a thixotropic, 100% active anaerobic compound which solidifies with reliable and expected strength upon application to most fasteners. Fusionbond® 375 is a highly thixotropic, two component, room temperature curing, 1:1 ratio, methacrylate adhesive system. Fusionbond® 375 is formulated to provide fixturing strength within 7 to 10 minutes. This adhesive product forms resilient bonds and maintains its strength over a wide range of temperatures. Powerseal 932 is a single component, non-hardening, non-curing gray paste pipe sealant which lubricates and seals threaded pipe connections and O-Rings. Powerseal 932 is unaffected by water, oil, ammonia, glycerin, steam, all types of gases, exhaust fumes and most hard- to- hold liquids. Powerseal 932 withstands extreme temperatures and pressures and will not shrink, crack, or crumble. The product remains pliable and will not harden, making connection vibration proof. It makes for easy assembly and makes disassembly and repair simple. It also prevents corrosion and seizing of metal parts.

Dripstop® 920 is a general-purpose anaerobic pipe sealant which contains Teflon®. It has superior sealing and mild locking performance compared to tapes and non-hardening dopes. The properties of this Dripstop® prevents galling on Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and other metal pipe fittings. Dripstop® 920 reduces costs by eliminating leakage and increasing the assembly line speed. Dripstop® 920 seals to moderate pressure immediately and to 250 psig steam pressure in just 24 hours. This sealant also lubricates threads during make-up, prevents galling and assures smooth disassembly. UL Classification – File MH14222 Classified by Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® as to fire hazard only. 920 Pipe Sealant with Teflon®. Fire hazard is small. No flash point in liquid state. Ignition temperature 455°C (851°F). For use in devices handling gasoline, petroleum oils, natural gas (pressure not to exceed 300 psig), butane and propane not exceeding 2 in. pipe size. 29R9.

Silastomer® 334 is a high performance, single component, ready to use adhesive / sealant. It has a paste-like consistency, which cures to a tough, resilient and durable silicone rubber when exposed to moisture in the air. Since it will not flow of its own weight, Silastomer® 334 can be applied to vertical, horizontal and overhead joints without sagging or running off. It will adhere to clean metals, glass, most types of wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, natural and synthetic fiber, ceramic, many plastics and painted surfaces. Silastomer® 334 provides excellent resistance to moisture, weathering, vibration, ozone and extreme temperatures. It can be applied in surface temperatures of 0°F to above 120°F with no loss in performance. Fully cured Silastomer® 334 can withstand extended periods at temperatures up to 400°F.

Silastomer® 336 is a high performance, single component, acetoxy, ready to use silicone. It will adhere to clean metals, glass, most types of wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, natural and synthetic fiber, ceramic, many plastics and painted surfaces. Silastomer® 336 provides excellent resistance to moisture, weathering, vibration, ozone and extreme temperatures. It can be applied in surface temperatures of 0°F to above 120°F with no loss in performance. Fully cured Silastomer® 336 can withstand extended periods at temperatures up to 400°F.

Silastomer® 340 is a one-component, acetoxy, moisture curing RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) ready-to-use adhesive / sealant and gasketing compound. Can be used as a form in place gasket material where temperatures may reach up to 600°F. Silastomer® 340 will remain flexible with excellent resistance to aging and vibration. Meets MIL-A-46106B Type 1 requirements. FDA compliant with Regulation Title 21 CFR 175.105 where incidental food contact may be involved.
