Metal Cement 850 is a single component, silver color gel, that is designed for quick repairing of worn machinery parts. Once confined between parts, it develops a high strength bond with excellent chemical and temperature resistance. The bonded assembly often doubles the strength of press fitted parts. Use Metal Cement 850 in the new assembly to fill the gaps between parts to prevent wear, corrosion and backlash.

Cylinlock® 845 is a fast curing, high strength anaerobic adhesive designed to retain and seal cylindrical assemblies. This compound will cure on metallic or non-metallic substrates and is suitable for exposure to most solvents and withstands temperatures of 300°F (149°C). Hernon Cylinlock® 845 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join cylindrical assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in 24 hours. Hernon Primer 49 or 50 can be used to reduce fixturing time on inactive surfaces and to increase cure through gap. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential potable water systems

Cylinlock® 842 is a high temperature, high strength anaerobic adhesive designed to retain and seal cylindrical assemblies. This compound will cure on metallic or non-metallic substrates and is suitable for exposure to most solvents.

Cylinlock® 827 is a single component anaerobic retaining adhesive for cylindrical joints. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. This product develops medium strength to facilitate disassembly.

Cylinlock® 824 is a general purpose, single-component, anaerobic adhesive used primarily for joining cylindrical assemblies of all types. It is a low viscosity, self-hardening adhesive that cures when confined between ferrous or copper alloy metals. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic suitable for exposure to most solvents.

UV Curable Cylinlock® 820 is a fast curing, high-strength anaerobic adhesive designed to retain and seal cylindrical assemblies. Curing occurs when adhesive is confined between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a thermoset plastic suitable for exposure to most solvents. Augments or replaces press fits, set screws, pins and other mechanical retaining methods. Avoids heavy press fits due to rapid cure. Cylinlock® 820 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join cylindrical assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in five minutes or within 15 seconds by exposing the edge fillets to high intensity long wavelength UV light (365 nm). Full strength will be reached in 24 hours.

ReAct® 795 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for securing of ceramic permanent magnet segments in motor magnet bonding applications. This adhesive has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 795 has demonstrated the ability to provide high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough, durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance. This tough acrylic is a single component, room temperature curing adhesive which is used in conjunction with Activator 47. Additionally, exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure this adhesive to a dry, hard surface. ReAct® 795 is similar in function to Loctite A533 and Loctite AA332 and delivers high shear strength and tensile strength. One of its primary uses is securing permanent magnets in motor magnet bonding applications. Ultrabond® 786 is an EB/UV curable product that provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates like metals, glass, ceramics and plastics. The sealant offers a water-tight seal with excellent environmental and high impact resistance.

ReAct® 784 has excellent bond strength as a structural adhesive. This formulation will offer rapid, high strength and high impact resistant bonds to a variety of substrates within minutes. Designed for a wide variety of substrates. ReAct® 784 is a room temperature curing adhesive, used in combination with Activator 15. This no-mix system allows controlled assembly ideal for production and repair applications. A structural bond develops within minutes.

Ultrabond® 774 is a one component adhesive which cures when exposed to ultraviolet radiation and/or visible light of sufficient intensity.

Ultrabond® 773 is a single component, tri-cure conformal coating formulated for bonding glass to glass or glass to metals. Ultrabond® 773 is excellent for bonding and tacking many parts. Ultrabond® 773 can also be cured with heat above 200°F (93°C) or EF Primer 56. Exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure these adhesives to a dry, hard surface.

Tuffbond® 65891 is a two-component, room temperature cure system. Tuffbond® 65891 is recommended for bonding metal, glass, wood, concrete, and rubber, and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Ultrabond® 758 Is a low viscosity self-leveling UV curable potting compound formulated to provide high performance, fast curing, coating and encapsulating of electronic components. This product is also used for shallow potting applications.

Windshield Welder 772 is a single component ultraviolet curing adhesive. It is especially formulated for repair of windshields in automobiles. Windshield Welder 772 is an ideal product to use for penetrations and long cracks where vibration is expected.

ReAct® 767 is a high performance tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for securing ceramic permanent magnet segments in motor magnet bonding applications. Used in conjunction with Hernon® Activator 56/ Activator 47, this structural adhesive is ideal for choke and transformer bonding, DC motor assembly, alternator and flywheel applications, tacking, unitizing, ruggedizing, sealing and shallow potting. ReAct® 767 fixtures in seconds, is acrylic acid free and non-corrosive, non-flammable, and suitable for harsh environments. ReAct® 767 exhibits good thermal shock, impact and peel resistance characteristics, and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of plated surfaces.

Ultrabond® 752 is a UV curable adhesive product that provides excellent adhesion to glass and to plastics such as polyester, PVC, cellulose acetate, or nylon.

Ultrabond® 748 is a single component 100% solid adhesive/sealant formulated to bond and seal electronic assemblies. Ultrabond® 748 can also be cured with heat above 200°F (93°C) or using a primer.

Tuffbond® 42121 is a thixotropic and modified epoxy adhesive that provides a very fast room temperature cure. Tuffbond® 42121 exhibits very good moisture chemical and heat resistance. This very fast cure epoxy adhesive is specially formulated for rapid in-line assembly of loud-speakers. Tuffbond® 42121 is also recommended for bonding metals, wood, ceramics, etc., and can be used for potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

Quantum® 73421 is a state-of-the-art, single component, solventless, room temperature curing cyanoacrylate adhesive that polymerizes rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts. The presence of surface moisture commences the cure of the adhesive. Quantum? 73421 develops handling strength within seconds and full functional strength in a few hours. Quantum? 73421 can bond a wide variety of surfaces including metals, thermoplastics, elastomers, ceramics, leather, cork, and paper, but is particularly suited for bonding hard-to-bond plastics. Notwithstanding the superior bonding capability of Quantum? 73421, it is NOT recommended for long-term glass to glass bonding applications.

ReAct® 730 is a high strength non-flammable structural adhesive. This adhesive provides a resilient and rapid cure at room temperature when used with Hernon® Activator 56 or Activator 59. ReAct® 730 will provide high strength bonds on a variety of metals, ceramics, glass, and some plastics.

ReAct® 727 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for securing of ceramic permanent magnet segments in motor magnet bonding applications. This adhesive has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 727 has demonstrated the ability to provide high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough, durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance. This tough acrylic is a room temperature curing adhesive which is used in conjunction with Hernon® Activator 56.

HASA 722 is a single-component, anaerobic, structural adhesive designed for bonding rigid assemblies. HASA 722 cure is accomplished when mating surfaces including metal, glass and ceramics are joined together. Accelerated cures are possible with the application of primers or by a short, low temperature heat cycle. Upon cure, HASA 722 is a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic with excellent properties over a wide range of conditions.

Ultrabond® Sealant 721 is a UV curable adhesive that can be used to seal a variety of plastics when exposed to UV light. The sealant offers a water- tight seal with excellent environmental resistance.

Ultrabond® 71813 is a single component, tri-cure conformal coating formulated for bonding glass to glass or glass to metals. Ultrabond® 71813 is excellent for bonding and tacking many parts. Ultrabond® 71813 can also be cured with heat above 200°F (93°C) or Activator 56 or 59. Exposure to a high intensity UV light will cure these adhesives to a dry, hard surface.

HASA 716 is a single component structural anaerobic adhesive formulated for bonding rigid assemblies at high temperatures. This high strength acrylic adhesive cures when it is confined between mating surfaces. Utilized for bonding magnets in motor assemblies and structural applications, HASA 716 provides a strong permanent bond and is resistant to impact and vibration. Hernon Primer 50 accelerates the cure. HASA 716 is similar in function to Loctite A533 and Loctite AA332 and delivers high shear strength and tensile strength. One of its primary uses is securing permanent magnets in motor magnet bonding applications. SelfSealer® 618 is a tough, pre-applied, non-hardening threaded sealant. When dried, it becomes a resilient, tight clinging, non-curing sealant for tapered or straight threads. It provides an instant seal on different pipe threads and can be used up to eight (8) times without recoating. SelfSealer® 618 is water based, non-toxic, safe and can be applied easily without special handling precautions. It provides resistance to vibrational loosening because of its prevailing torque characteristics. Therefore, it is very effective on non-locking applications.

Ultrabond® 55711 is a single component anaerobic and UV curable, paste-like sealing compound formulated to provide instant sealing and bonding of electrical connectors. Upon exposure to UV energy an outer cured skin will be formed to prevent migration of the sealant out of the connector during normal daily handling. The sealant inside of the skin maintains its original property. Upon insertion of the wire to the connector, the sealant in the connected area will cure to offer an environmentally resistant and secure connection.

Self Locker 523 is a pre-applied micro-encapsulated adhesive for threaded fasteners. Self Locker 523 stays dry-to-the-touch until the shearing action of an engaging nut applied to the coated bolt causes the capsules to break allowing the adhesive to cure. This material securely locks and seals against vibration loosening and fluid leakage.

Nuts N' Bolts® 434 is a thixotropic, 100% active anaerobic compound which solidifies with reliable and expected strength upon application to most fasteners. Particularly suitable for applications on less active substrates such as stainless steel and plated surfaces, where disassembly with hand tools is required for servicing. Nuts N' Bolts® 434 is easily applied. No mixing (single component), no curing outside the joint and no torque adjustments are necessary. Nuts N' Bolts® 434 offers increased profitability, having approximately 80% cost advantage over the cheapest mechanical methods as well as reducing inventories, maintenance, and the need for costly precision tolerances. Nuts N' Bolts® 434 can be used on up to 3/4inch bolts with light oil contamination.

Weld Sealant 433 is a single component anaerobic penetrating adhesive and sealant. Utilizing capillary action, Weld Sealant 433 penetrates and seals porosities and cracks as large as 0.127 mm. Once confined away from air Weld Sealant 433 cures to a thermoset plastic. Sealant remaining on the surface will not cure and can be easily wiped clear. Benefits include retention of fluids and pressures as well as corrosion and contamination elimination. Temperature resistance is up to 400°F (204°C). Weld Sealant 433 is impervious to most solvents. Welds, castings and powder metal parts can be sealed to their rupture pressure.

Threadpaste 432 is a single component anaerobic thread-locking compound designed for heavy duty applications subject to operating temperatures to 450°F (232°C). The product delivers high strength locking and sealing on screws, nuts, bolts, studs and fittings. Excellent break-loose and prevailing torque values assure maximized resistance to transverse vibration loosening at elevated temperatures.

Nuts N’ Bolts® 429 is a single component anaerobic thread locking adhesive. Nuts N’ Bolts® 429 is a high-strength adhesive for locking and sealing large bolts and studs 1inch and larger diameters. Curing occurs only when adhesive is confined between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is suitable for temperatures up to 300°F (149°C) and exposure to most solvents.

Nuts N’ Bolts® 428 is a single component anaerobic threadlocking compound designed for heavy duty applications subject to operating temperatures to 450°F (232°C). The product delivers high strength locking and sealing on screws, nuts, bolts, studs and fittings. Excellent break-loose and prevailing torque values assure maximized resistance to transverse vibration loosening at elevated temperatures. Meets requirements of CID A-A-59720 Grade HT

Porosity Sealant (HPS) 994 is the solution to leak proof parts, improving machinability, in addition to increasing the durability and surface quality for painting and plating. The hardened resins exhibit superior chemical resistance and higher temperature stability. The microscopic voids, where potential leaks occur (between metal grains or ceramic plastic molecules) in the part are filled by the low viscosity resin during vacuum application. Sealed micropores cure without shrinkage when exposed to elevated temperature to form tough cross-linked thermoset polymer, permanently sealing the workpiece. Residual adhesive film is water-washed from the part surfaces during rinsing. The parts leave the impregnating process without surface residue and can then be used in production immediately. When used in preparation for plating or painting processes, the impregnation process also eliminates absorption of plating materials (like acids) or painting prep solvents that could otherwise later bleed out of pores causing finishes to discolor, bleed, pit or peel. Sealed powdered metal parts exhibit better machinability, enhanced tool life and better dimensional control.

UV FOG (Form on Gasket) 41764A is an EB/UV curable product that provides excellent adhesion to shaft seals, oil seals, metals, glass, ceramics and plastics. Can be used as a Form-in-place gasket in oil and coolant systems. Typical applications include Engine covers, Oil pans and other fluid seal systems.

Nuts N’ Bolts® 410 is a single component, low viscosity anaerobic adhesive/sealant designed especially for wicking applications. It has the ability to penetrate porous structures and cracks by capillary action, filling voids as large as 0.005 in.

Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 40995 is a single component anaerobic thread locking and sealing adhesive. Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 40995 is a low viscosity penetrating material that works by capillary action between mating surfaces. The cured adhesive is a high-performance thermoset plastic suitable for temperatures up to 400°F (204°C). Grenade Igniter Case Sealant 40995 cures quickly at room temperature without the need for surface activators or heat to join threaded assemblies. Fixturing strength develops in five minutes, or within 10 seconds by exposing the edge fillets to high intensity long wavelength UV light (365 nm). Full strength will be reached in 24 hours. Cure fillets at UV light irradiances above 60 milliwatts/cm² to insure proper cure.

HASA 39781 is a single-component, anaerobic, structural adhesive designed for bonding rigid assemblies. HASA 39781 cure is accomplished when mating surfaces including metal, glass and ceramics are joined together. Accelerated cures are possible with the application of primers or by a short, low temperature heat cycle. Upon cure, HASA 39781 is a highly crosslinked thermoset plastic with excellent properties over a wide range of conditions.

Sealed micro-pores cure without shrinkage to a tough, cross-linked, thermoset polymer, permanently sealing the work piece. The parts leave the impregnating process without surface residue and can then be used in production within a short period of time. Tuffbond® 47771 adhesive/sealant is a two-component epoxy. This adhesive is a 100% solid system, one to one ratio, room temperature cure system.

Hernon Voice Coil Bonder 360 is a single component, black, heat cure adhesive formulated for bonding and coating voice coil components and high-temperature lamination. The cured bond withstands temperatures exceeding 600°F (316°C).

Supertacker® 357 is a single component, high performance elastomeric adhesive that exhibits exceptional bonding characteristics to a broad range of materials including metals, glass, plastic composites, rubber, leather, wood and vinyl. Supertacker® 357 provides a tough, waterproof bond that won’t crack or become brittle. Supertacker® 357 out-performs silicones, acrylics, and rubber cement because it bonds to more surfaces with greater strength and durability.

Supertacker® 351 is a single component, high performance elastomeric adhesive that exhibits exceptional bonding characteristics to a broad range of materials including metals, glass, plastic composites, rubber, leather, wood and vinyl. Supertacker® 351 provides a tough, waterproof bond that won’t crack or become brittle. Supertacker® 351 out-performs silicones, acrylics, and rubber cement because it bonds to more surfaces with greater strength and durability.

Silastomer® 343 is a black, high performance, single component, ready to use adhesive / sealant. It has a paste-like consistency, which cures to a tough, resilient and durable silicone rubber when exposed to moisture in the air. Designed to provide excellent oil resistance and can be used as a form in place gasket. It will adhere to clean metals, glass, most types of wood, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, natural and synthetic fiber, ceramic, many plastics and painted surfaces. Silastomer® 343 provides excellent resistance to moisture, weathering, vibration, ozone and extreme temperatures. It can be applied in surface temperatures of 0°F to above 120°F with no loss in performance. Fully cured Silastomer® 343 can withstand extended periods at temperatures up to 400°F.

Ammunition Primer Sealant 34194 is a single component 100% solid system offering a tough, dry coating with superior chemical and environmental resistance after cure. Ammunition Primer Sealant 34194 will cure rapidly when exposed to high intensity U.V. light. This coating is formulated to migrate rapidly resulting in complete coverage of the gap. The fluorescent sealant will offer an easy inspection using standard vision system.

Silastomer® 340 is a one-component, acetoxy, moisture curing RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) ready-to-use adhesive / sealant and gasketing compound. Can be used as a form in place gasket material where temperatures may reach up to 600°F. Silastomer® 340 will remain flexible with excellent resistance to aging and vibration. Meets MIL-A-46106B Type 1 requirements. FDA compliant with Regulation Title 21 CFR 175.105 where incidental food contact may be involved.
